Had a fabulous prime rib dinner last Saturday night. Our waiter, a young man, I can't remember his name, provided excellent service even though the place was very busy! Reasonable drink prices. Fun, interesting, "Up North" ambiance. The service is always good. The soups, chili, and beef stew are always super good. Nice salad bar too.
Foid is fabulous especially their soups. Great place to go for a burger or an evening out for a great dinner.
Food was delicious and service was great! Everyone in our party of 6 had clean plates.
My wife and I came here for our 21st wedding anniversary. The service was amazing and we both ordered the steak and shrimp, hers being a 6oz and mine being a 10 oz and our shrimp cooked two different ways, one broiled and one fried. To say the least the cook did an amazing job!!! Haven't had a meal with such great service in many years!! Will be making this a regular date night destination!! Highly recommend!!

Great food and drinks, friendly staff, and cool "up north" atmosphere. We moved to the area in 2021 and initially went there to eat right after we moved in. We vowed never to return- rude service, crappy food. Fast forward to 2023- new owners, new menu, and 110% improvement. SO awesome to have a place like this!
The food was excellent and the wait staff was friendly. Unfortunately, they have a pretty rough problem with yellow jackets. So I wouldn't recommend eating outdoors there. Otherwise, it was pretty good. I had something called a Fried Belize; I had never had a bacon-shrimp sandwich before. There wasn't a lot of flavor to the shrimp, and the spice sort of overwhelmed the other flavors. But it's not a bad sandwich overall.
We were in tonight (Friday night). We had a reservation for 6:00. We were promptly seated, waitstaff was very friendly. It was busy, but food was ordered and brought out about 20 minutes later. We had four different meals: kids chicken tenders, braised beef ravioli, full rack of ribs, and 10 Oz walleye dinner. Everyone was very happy with their food! Our 7 year old finished almost all his chicken tenders. The vodka sauce was amazing over the ravioli! My 81 year old in-law ate the full rack of ribs! And my grandmother-in-law loved her walleye dinner!||It was a nice, fun atmosphere! Although everyone was obviously busy, everyone was also full of smiles and enjoying their work!||Thank you!
