Best women hairdresser that you could think about in Brussels. Their service is on point and everything is on point definitely highly recommended. If you want to spoil your wife.
Cold atmosphere. Jumping from one customer to another 20 mn or more in between I was desapointed .
They welcome you and wash your hair and leave you waiting for a long time while they are checking hightlight on another customer.
My hair cut wasn't waouh definitely will never go back there and will never recommand it to my friends .

If I could rate it 0 I would have done it. Very very rude staff , nobody welcomes at the door, you are just left there standing, chairs and tables are very dirty . The shampoo section is dirty and hair is falling everywhere. No drinks proposed and when they did it never arrived. My friend asked for a simple hair color and ended up almost 9h there since morning which cost us a day for nothing. Result was not what we asked for . 3 women during my stay asked for redo and were mad as it was not what they wanted and it was ugly. The owner was just drinking coffee , smoking and chilling while the only 2 hairdressers were clearly struggling with More than 5 clients. It was expensive for nothing and not worth it as all colors and cuts were messed up . For a celebrity setting high expectations it was really a complete deception.
I did a treatment and my hair is shining. No joke, I saw everybody leaving happy and with great results. I want to thank the girl (Bosnian/Croatian) who was occupied with me. She was very sweet, talented and attentive.
I will come back for sure and def recommend.
Never again! This was my experience, stepping into the front door: Everybody says you a friendly trained "Hi" and you get a coffee offered. It's needed because the salon was sooo cold inside, that my feet froze inside my boots almost. Then when it was time to wash my hair, without any communication, ice cold water was being used. After reacting, I was finally told they had an issue with their heating water and the owner, Anis even made an inappropriate comment about ice cold water being healthy for your head instead of apologizing. You pay exclusive and expensive price, but you can't get hot water for it??! Too many ladies booked on one same appointment slot, where you could see the hectic hell break loose left and right. I was told I would use 3h and I was there 6h in total, and to know that I had cancel the haircut and treatmenet that I was scheduled to get done. At the end, at the counter I can't pay because my phone battery died and at first they said they hadn't a charger but then a charger is given because otherwise payment doesn't go through for them. Almost 400€ for yes, a coloring balayage with COLD WATER, no haircut and brushing done in a super hurry. Exaggerated and disgusted by how this calls itself a professional salon. Besides the PRICE that is very professionally high, nothing else can be called that and especially not the service. Please take your money and go elsewhere. You get it done cheaper, faster and with hot water on your head.

After doing an online booking with Anis Carter as a treat for my birthday (confirmation received for booking him, not any other of his colleagues) I go to the salon for him to tell me that I couldn't have booked him because he doesn't work that day. I have to thank him because I left his salon thinking he messed up my birthday mood but I found afterwards a trully great hairstylist, who did an amazing job to my hair. I recommended Anis Carter in the past to 3 of my friends at the previous salon he was working for, just based on his Instagram posts which I have to be sincere, he is good in his job. 2 out of 3 told me they didn't like his attitude but I still wanted to go and try out by miself. Sharing this here, maybe you had a better experience.

I talk about apples and you reply about pears. I was mentioning specifically the booking, not the discussion after.
Now that you mentioned also the discussion in your reply, your reply it's wrong because you haven't offered me any solution, none. You just invented excuses not to work with me without proposing anything. My hair is in a good condition that can be worked with. That is not me saying it but the professionals I am going to. So your reply to my review is the same what you did in the salon: reply to on one issue by inventing a different issue. It is called "mallinformation" - information that intentionally misleads.
Good luck with your work! Again, change the attitude.
I had an amazing experience, my hair is thanking me. The customer service is very good, they listen and take care about everything. I will definitively come back.
I was a walk-in costumer and Siham welcomed me really well. She transformed my hair and I am forever grateful for her good work!!!
