My partner and I came here for a date night. And it was his first time trying ramen! He enjoyed his chefs special but it was spicy! I had the Shoup ramen and was delicious! We got one regular and one plain bao bun and they were so good! The sauce was pretty mild. The pinapple express drink was strong but good. My partner got the lychee drink and it was light but powerful! We enjoyed the edamame as well. The staff was super nice and accommodating as I was in a wheelchair. Will definitely be back!
They had really good drinks and great affordable ramen! The ramen is also vegan and chicken broth which you don’t always find everywhere. They were super accommodating to our party and I was also able to use the inKind app to pay for my reservation
Decent ramen ive had better ones.. but nothing bad here to be honest the bao buns are really good here and would be a must try!!! Kimchi was also amazing…best thing is that it remains open till late in jersey city and is one of the very few restaurants that stays open..
Went in on a Friday evening,sat on the bar with a friend.
The service was super quick and nice
The drinks were good
Foodwise we ordered the Chicken Karaage that was perfectly fried and delicious
We also ordered the Shrimp buns that were very tasty
Ordered ramen each which were rich in flavor
All and all definitely recommend
We have gone here several times over the past few weeks. The menu is very ramen-specific to be sure but it is always excellent. They are also open LATE so it is super convenient for late night pickups when we just want to sit and have a nice meal after 9pm. We've been to a few other ramen places and this one is by far the best we've come across. Their Shoyu bowl is phenomenal.
Will be back for the FOOD Happy Hour! Food, and not just drink, happy hours are so underrated…anyway, we were really happy with Chicken Katsu buns, bowl and pork belly bowls.
Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my experience here. I got the Spicy Miso Ramen. It was not good to say the least. It taste very store brought and extremely salty. I wish they gave a choice of wavy thin noodles because not everyone likes them thick. The Pork Buns were very good and tender. Just not what I expected.
Marie was amazing just wow. I came to dine for two and I felt like I was a regular. Even as a first timer here they made me feel welcome. I met Harry and he made our experience comfortable and told us the story of ani ramen. Will be back to see you guys!
