I used their ground shipping service that was leaving mid April. Actually I was on my way to a different shipping company and just stopped by their office to pick up a package that my parents shipped from Mongolia. My parents told me their staff in Mongolia was so stressful to talk to, so I was kind of avoiding them. But the ladies that were in the Chicago office said "Actually everyone in Mongolia is so stressed. We're gonna let them now. Just ship the packages with us. It'll be delivered before Naadam (11th of July)" So I trusted her and shipped my boxes. At the end of June I commented on their several posts on fb asking if the ground shipping is delivered, but they never responded. So when I called them and asked, the American side said the ground shipping is in Mongolia and it'll be ready to pick up within a few days. I waited for a week and just now called the Mongolian office asking the same question. The lady on the phone was so sooo rude just cutting me and kept telling me it's not coming until the end of July. I tried to tell her that their US office said it'll be before Naadam, but she just keeps cutting me. After I raised my voice and said "Listen to me" she became different and actually listened. I wanna file complaint, but she said they don't have any complaint process. Now I have to buy all the presents for the family for Naadam gathering, but Anglo freight don't give a sh*t about all my extra expenses.

Long story short, they give lots of misleading information, don't respond to the comments and texts, their staff are so rude and just discriminate against people, and most importantly they have very poor customer service unlike the time they asked me to ship the packages with them. Personally, I'm never using or recommending them again. There are lots of different shipping companies in this area. I understand there can be delays. But at least others don't treat people poorly.
