Usually good experience, not impressed this visit. Cold by window. Few months ago margarita was a special on saturday. 8 bucks this time. Did get good alchohol amount. Thought the beef sandwich had a juis. Got spaghetti sauce. Need to specify more. Stick to salad bar from now on. Do like the food. No drink specials like they use to haveI guesse anymore... Steady business, not overwhelming. Will still eat there. Waitress was still good. Just was an off day I guess for stuff..
Great for food n drinks. Not as many drink specials after virus. Hours are less staying open. Awsome margarita special on saturday though. Still a place everyone loves. Salad bar is great. Friendly workers and atmosphere.
We ordered a ham and extra cheese pizza. On mondays they have 1.99 margaritas. 1/2 off appetizers were available when we arrived at 8:30 pm. We had the sampler and the fried mushrooms and fried pickles were very good! The decor is pretty neat and the grand clock and stained glass when you walk in is stunning.
The lunch buffet is back! We have been going to Angelo's for over 50 years, first in Rock Falls, then Sterling, and Dixon. Great food, great service, great atmosphere.
The pizza at Angelo’s II in Sterling in sterling is so much better quality than the pizza from the other sterling location. And the Rock falls location is better than the Sterling location too. I don’t know why the hours at the mediocre location that makes less quality pizza is open more often than the other two. My thought
I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing but when you have to drive 90 MI back to your hometown to get edible Pizza I love Angelo's and Galesburg sucks so bad I've tried every pizza joint in the town and there's nothing that is half as good and that's even with angelos quality going down a little bit since the old days
THE BEST... ALWAYS... forever in my heart, forever my taste buds will crave this flavor specially made here in my hometown, Sterling/Rock Falls & Dixon!!!!
Food and Service were top notch . Hadn't been here for a while , nice to know it's still a great place to eat and drink .
