Love getting my hair braided here. It’s the only place I go for my braids
I use to go here all the time & no problems but recently I didn’t like it at all. One of the ladies had an attitude, my feedins looked nice but lasted for about a week. She rushed on my hair & snatched the money when I paid her. Never going back.
I have been going to Ange for years since my best friend use to go and I needed another hair braiding place to go to. I never was disappointed. However there is a first time for everything. I went to get my hair braided a little over a month ago for what was suppose to be some medium sized knotless braids. I even texted her the picture of the style maybe a day or two before actually going which took her forever to respond. That should have been my red flag. She responded by saying that they can do the style. So I went for my appointment the day I was scheduled for. After the lady who did my hair was finished and even though the braids looked nice it was just not what I asked for. It was just some jumbo single braids. Also I felt like Ange cheated me with the price especially when I thought I was getting what I asked for. Still gave them the money because of the kind of person I am. But I would of respected if she was upfront of them not knowing how to do the knotless braids which it seemed like that was the case. I enjoyed the services before for years however I will not be going back. If you book with them please make sure they know how to do the style and make sure of the price.
I've been getting my hair braided from Ms. Angie off and on since I was 8. I'm now 26. She follows up on appointments, and you don't have to pay a deposit.
I booked an appointment since last week for Tuesday (March 30). I received a phone call at the end of the day on Monday almost 6pm to say she can’t do my hair. It’s very last minute not professional. I would not recommend to anyone.
Got my hair braided two weeks ago and been having problems with the braids coming out. I’ve gotten my hair braided many times before and never had a problem. Went to this shop because it’s closer BUT I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!
I was referred to Ange Creations by a family member. I went in on yesterday and must say that Ange did a wonderful job on my micros. She was on time and she took her time to do my hair. I’ve gotten so much compliments on my hair. Thank you Ange! I will be coming back!
This is the only place that my wife has gone to since she was a little girl and their value of work has depreciated over the years. She is highly disgusted with what services they have provided. Ange has been out of town for several weeks and she decided to let the other girls take care of her hair. She has box braids in the middle of her hair and asked for the smallest braids possible, before they become micro braids. She sent a picture on the 15th of Nov. and went in on the 17th. During her appointment, they did not allow her to get up. And when she finally told them she had to use the restroom is when she noticed several issues. They tried to justify why her braids are short in length towards the back of her hair. (They claimed the front was the same length as the back). They also did Senegalese twist. She wanted braids. But not only that they tried to justify that the $200 she paid is equally to the issues that she has had with them. Did I mention the braids are box braids in the middle. So she is there today, at 7:30 am and they are just getting in the shop to say the Ms. Ange will either not be here or is not doing hair today. An left her in the parking lot to wait and call Ange herself. Let’s just say the cosmetology board will know us and this store by the time is said and done. If I could give less than a one star ⭐️, I would have.
