Andrew at Napa is the best mechanic I've ever used. Very professional, polite, honest, and knowledgeable. He catches and figures out things that other mechanics get wrong. His prices are honest and reasonable. His work is thoroughly done. He is simply the best mechanic I've had. I started using him as a backup when my other mechanic shop was booked up, and he is so much better that I only take my car to him now. I've saved a lot of money on repairs and kept my car in great shape from his maintenance work and regular oil changes. He figures it out and does it right the first time.
Think twice before having your brakes done here. You get what you pay for. I bought the most expensive brake pads and was guaranteed that they would not squeak. Not only do they squeak after two months my rotors on side have a grove this is after they machined them down.This is the first brake job for this truck, bought it new. Now they are telling me they will warranty the brake pads, but I will need new rotors. I regret this purchase. The price should of gave me red flags.
Dave is a great mechanic. I've taken my Hyundai Sonata to him exclusively and have never had an issue. Dave is very knowledgeable, accomodatong, and reasonable. I recommend Andy's Napa Auto Care Center to anyone looking for an honest, quality mechanic.
If i could give zero, i would - Stay away - Dave, tech Unable to diagnose obvious noise in front end. Refuses to do warranty work for Napa - wouldn't send an enemy.

Fast job but always extra stuff that doesn't need to be paid at shop prices. This time then said my front passenger turn bulb needed replaced, but it was blinking fast which means it works. On the other hand the back one didn't work at all....huh...and they are a mechanic shop?!
Failed to tighten front lug nuts properly after rotation. Luckily noticed it before tires came completely off (lugs where so loose they span freely). Lazy, or another reason, potentially lethal!
Was recommended by A&M Tire - worked with Dave and he was great!
Been using him for about 5 years, very satisfied with the quality and price.
