One of the strengths mentioned is the cleanliness of the salon. Multiple comments highlight the cleanliness and neatness of the salon. Customers appreciate a clean environment and it can contribute to a positive experience.
Another strength mentioned is the quality of the manicures and pedicures. This indicates that the technicians at Amy's Spa Nail place have the skills and expertise to provide high-quality services.
Additionally, some customers appreciate the ability to easily get an appointment. The salon is described as being quick to answer the phone and accommodate customers' scheduling needs. This shows good customer service and responsiveness.
On the other hand, there are a number of weaknesses mentioned in the comments as well. One recurring complaint is the rudeness of some of the staff members. However, the rudeness of some staff members, inconsistency in service, and poor customer service from management are the weaknesses that customers have experienced. It is important for potential customers to consider these factors when deciding whether to visit this salon.

Best KBFKR Reviews

I never write reviews but this was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I went here on good faith, the reviews seemed positive. I had a gel manicure and my nails chipped a few hours later. They didn’t file my nails and then told me I had to request that. My nail was broken so they glued it but didn’t take proper steps as other salons do, and within days the glue came undone. The gel removal technique was painful and I’ve never experienced pain during a gel manicure before. Overall, novice-level manicure for $38 (with normal 20-25% tip, closer to $50), not worth it. I don’t trust them with nail care and would not recommend this salon to anyone.
My wife had her toe nails done which were so long they were curling over. She enjoyed talking with her manicurist. This was really super work on a very difficult job and $35 was a reasonable price. Quick to answer phone and easy to get an appointment. Really clean modern shop run by quiet Asians. REALY, REALY CLEAN AND NEAT.
This place is the worst! The Owner, AMY is abrupt and in your face when you walk in, and her partner no better. The worst is Brian. He is so , so rude. He will give you his cell phone number and tell you to text him to make an appointment, and then does not respond. If you do get an appointment with him, you will show up and he will just be starting with someone else - this happened 2x with me! I was 2 min late, but he started with the client before my appointment time and then told me not to even wait because he had someone coming in after the person who he was working with in my spot. He is so, so rude, and just the worst. I waisted my lunch time going there for nothing. I will never go back and tell everyone about how horrible he is. Such bad customer service, Seriously don’t know who is thinks he is.
My husband and I made an appointment to obtain medi/pedi.
I requested Nick. We arrived at the saloon for our appointment, Nick was working on a customer, so the manager said Nick would be with me shortly. The manager took my husband to give him a pedicure. Nick not only was working on another customer but a customer walked in and Nick worked on her nails too. I asked how long is it going to be and the manager told me just a minute. She was lying. The manager also said that she did not have our appointment; however, she said you want 2 pedis and 1 manicure which makes me think that she did have my appointment and when the walk ins arrived, the manager thought we would wait. Because my husband finished his pedi and I was still waiting to be taken by Nick, I put my shoes back on and said nevermind. The manager is extremely rude. I really felt bad for Nick because he had not control of what was going on. This saloon will continue to draw customers; however, they will only draw new customers and not repeat customers because of the HORRIBLE customer service. Needless to say, finding me another saloon to spend my money too. Oh, and here's the other clincher, she had the balls to ask my husband if he wanted to leave a tip. Seriously lady, we laughed all the way home ! ! Will not waste my money at this nail place again.
My best friend and I were visiting Glenwood from Denver and Fort Collins, we both got pedis and our kids had one too. My feet never felt so awful after a pedicure. My heels are cracked worse and my toenails weren't shaped evenly. Owner was my nail tech and she was rude and irritated that I hadn't had a pedicure through the winter. During our visit she also turned away a lot of customers willing to wait. WORST experience at a nail salon EVER!!!!
I called Amy's Spa Nail for a same day appointment and they welcome me and my fiance the same day. As we arrived, staff was very friendly! Now i spoke with Amy about getting a full set of French nails short in length, natural looking, also a pedicure for my fiance. Amy's work and her staff succeed our expectations! My fiance is very happy with his pedicure ???? and I am in love ❤️ with my natural and shiny french full set nails! Ladies, come to this salon and give it a try!
They do a thorough job with manicures and pedicures. It is clean and well-run. There are no frills but prices are fair.
Amy did my nails and I love them (worth the price). She worked quick while making sure they were perfect. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and I will definitely be back!
