So fun!
We came here randomly on a Friday to meet friends after trying out a couple other bowling alley options in the area - best place!
Service was friendly, helpful and accomodating.
Prices were affordable and because this place is so huge, the availability was great.
Also, being able to reserve the lane ahead of time worked best with our busy schedule to ensure we had a lane.
Specifically, Lance and Hope were great with getting checked in - settled in with two high energy boys - and worked out the arcade passes with our package. Customer service from them was top notch!
Thank you also to Sunny who handled our food and drink orders promptly and correctly!

Great family birthday party for my son. His 40th. Food was good. Everyone had a great time.
We had a really nice experience. We had technical difficulties with our lane and the staff acted quickly to get it fixed. We ended up at a new lane and they compensated us without hesitation. Place was clean and the food was good.
Great place to bowl. Lovely staff. They were really crowded on Sat night and overwhelmed because they are short staffed and I had a few mishaps with the food I ordered but the manager took care of me and helped me out. If anyone needs a job and is interested help them out and apply.
Haven't been bowling in years. Mostly because of how much it had cost to take our 3 young kids a couple of years ago. I picked up a Groupon for AMF Lanes and used it at the North Ridgeville location. Awesome decision.
First off, this place is CLEAN! I was so impressed by how immaculate a bowling alley can be! I wonder if they do house calls?? No
Second, The guy at the desk (I forgot his name) was kind and if he doesn't like his job then he is an amazing actor (I worked 19 years in retail and I've seen some great performances). He genuinely cared that we had a good time and was patient with ringing out the Groupon.
Third, perfect size arcade. Enough to keep multiple kids (ages 6-13) engaged for over an hour. Plus it's well lit and open so as a parent I could clearly see where everyone was at all times.
The only negative thing about our visit.... Concession stand. Quite pricey and takes forever. However the pretzels are worth the wait... Like the dough was kneaded by angels or something! I need to find out where they get them. Seriously.
With the deals they are running you better believe we'll be back! And to this location specifically! Thank you for an awesome family outing!
Very disappointing experience. Visiting family for a few days from out of state and we planned on going bowling for New Year’s Eve. Called the night before and were told that it was going to be “first come, first serve” and that there were 45 or so lanes open till 1 am. Were quickly dismissed as soon as we walked in and were told it was parties only. Only way to make a party was online and they were “unfortunately”. Already closed. Over 3/4 of the lanes were not in use, seems like a management problem when we were more then willing in paying to play.
Always a good time. Gretchen is the right combination of fun and serious, really knows her stuff! Great pizza too ????
I was going to practice for league today. I got there and it literally took 10 minutes for anybody to help me get situated on a lane. I was asked if I was a league bowler, to which I replied yes. I was given the lane. I went to the lane and visually saw a child’s aid at the entrance to the lane. It also had the gutter guards up with a whole bunch of house balls in the ball return. So I guess I am expected to pay to practice on burnt up lanes. Thank you for letting me know where not to take my business.
