I would stay here again, no complaints. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room big and clean and the hot tub very relaxing. Excellent coffee as well! ||||I wish I could have stayed for more than just the weekend!
I got a surprise $250 charge after my stay. When I called to ask about it, I was told it was for smoking in the room…I’m not a smoker and neither are my 12 and 9 yr old. We were literally there to just sleep after visiting their grandparents. I was told only the manager can handle that. I’ve called back 3 times now, have been calm and cordial, and each time I’m told the manager is unavailable and will call me back. It’s been well over a month now. My overall stay was good until this, so it’s disappointing. Very unprofessional on the part of the manager.
There was a known issue with the hot water, but we were not informed at the time of check-in. One of the rooms had a very bad odor. I was given a $20 per room discount, but then later charged a fee of $250 and when we call they have no answers as to what that was charge was for. It was just awful just awful.
Positive: Close to people I visited Negative: No hot water for showering. They tried to add a charge to my room and couldn't tell me what it was for. Negative: ""

BEWARE! I stayed here for business and they charged me three times. After 4 calls (Beth the manager was no help) I finally was credited but a month after my stay they charged me again.
How to get a fargo for work this is the only decent rooms. Gentlemen, at the front desk that 1 o'clock in the morning was a great. Got me a end to my room best friendly. It was also honey and season. Then bother me birthday breakfast was decent.
Staff in the morning was great If i'm ever in the area again I would go back and stay
No hot water if you want to shower around 5:30am... complained to the front desk but he said "sorry, but there's nothing he could do". Then we noticed there was hot water by 6:30am. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable though.
