This company didn’t pick me up on time numerous occasions. I was preparing for test two days prior to surgery, the company didn’t come. They stopped answering my calls. I advised to not use this service.
Rode with American and I have had nothing but good things to say about them. I call the office and they're professional and my driver is always there on time and gets me to my appointment on time safely. My wife rides with them every morning and she says they're great.

It's really great office, making my life go easier when I was busy and having a lot stuff to do and also I have to take care of my parent and my family, but that office help me to mange my time and also no charge they will come to your house and pike you up FOR FREE!! all my family doctor appointment they do it for FREE thank you guys really good people and awesome Management and friendly. First time ever using this company and they are an hour late and the person that i talked to on the phone can"t even contact the driver. i will be sure to let medicaid know of this issue so it does not happen to someone else
Driver on the thru way in a 09-10 Rav4 number 80 I believe has road rage and sat in the passing lane. Also tried to swerve into my vehicle when I tried to pass from the right. Nice way to drive a business vehicle.
They were so good and i am so happy with them the car was really clean and the driver was really good and driving very smooth
