Honest mechanics, good customer service! I use to think that they were until they left a 3 foot screwdriver in my engine. When I got upset BILLY told me “You act like mistakes don’t happen”. I’ve been dealing with these people for 4 years but my last vehicle they trashed it. One of the mechanics put a hole in my engine so Billy had to replace my radiator for free but every since my truck has been leaking and the radiator shakes. When I asked him about it he told me it’s because it’s an after market part. His mechanic broke the original. I did trust this mechanic but I’ve spent over $4000 fixing my truck and it still has the same problems. Billy is not the mechanic he use to be. I will not be returning. Might as well go to the dealership mechanics at least they have a warranty on their work.
I took my car to Billy to be fixed for over heating issues! I took it the first time and he claimed that the issue was fixed. I left the shop 15 min later my car heated up again and I was stranded! I called and I made my way back with my car. Once again he said the issue was fixed and my car is yet over heating 15 min after he released my car! I called him to see what’s going on and he refused me service and now I’m stranded! Do not I repeat do not go here bad service all the way around!
Whatever you do and wherever you go, do not use this towing company. My son just had an accident in my mothers car, but the car is drivable. In the time it took me to get there, this tow truck driver loaded up the car and is now driving it to a salvage yard. Essentially what could have cost me a ticket for driving the car around the corner with no tail lights Is now going to cost a $145 plus the salvage yard storage fee. Probably about $500 total. I live less than a mile away from this location. These people are piranha. Stay away. OH, and then they won't answer their phone, and message folder is conveniently full, so they can charge me overnight.

Debbie and Billy are awesome and honest! The prices are so fair and affordable. The service is the best and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! 5 star or higher if allowed!
I think they are all the Best! I have been going to this shop for 20 years or more. Have even driven from Missouri City knowing I can trust them. Worth the travel time and I have no interest in going anywhere else. Hard to find honest, trustworthy and Kind mechanics. Trust me when I say, nobody compares!
I'm editing my review from 2 days ago because I went in complaining that my transmission was acting up, but was told that they didn't want to play guessing games with me (which I understand, but I was explaining the problem and there was really no guessing required) but now 48 hours later, my transmission goes out completely on the side of the road. I understand that they don't specialize in transmissions, but they must know more about cars than I do since it is their career. I walked away thinking I had overreacted and now I was left trying to get my car hauled home because no one repairs cars on Sundays. Having said all of this, they're still generally more friendly and fairly priced than most places. I've been there before and had wonderful experiences, but I wish my problem could have been avoided by solving the problem before it was too late, which is exactly why I went in on Friday. I was trying to be proactive and I wanted to fix things before it got this bad, but it is what it is. I still recommend them for more minor maintenance jobs, but I just wish I hadn't been dismissed like I was.
I ha very been using this company for over 12 yrs,honest reliable people! Have recommended them to several people! Won't trust anyone else for repair!
Been taking all or vehicles to American tire for at least a decade now. Nothing better than a mechanic so that makes you confident that you can trust their work and trust them to steer you towards what NEEDS to be done and to let the minor things go until later.
