Hello I got my nails today here and the woman who did my nails today messed up my nails some off the nail polish got on my skin and when she was removing my curls she was hurting me and when she was doing my toes she was pulling on my toe I didn’t like it and she got mad when my mom gave her a tip not a lot. People are struggling they need to understand. She did good on my eye brows I am never going there again I feel like they care about the money not there job so sad ????

I love this place!! I get my nails done by Holly and my toes by Wyn. They both do an amazing job! Everyone here goes out of their way to make sure you’re well taken care of and you have everything you need. Everyone does a beautiful job!! I highly recommend this shop. I’m in the beauty industry myself so keeping myself and my appearance maintained is important to me. Everything is clean and disinfected. I feel confident and comfortable getting my kids nails done here as well. I highly recommend American Nails and Spa!
This place deserves 5 stars for the wonderful pedicure experience my whole family received…except me. Special huge thank you to Miss Chang, the most sincere sweetheart I’ve had the pleasure of meeting (apologies if I spelled the name wrong). Thank you for trying to help make up for the disappointing experience I received with my person (unfortunately I don’t remember her name but I think it was Phoebe, a brunette). I’ve been to hundreds of salons all over the US and this is the saddest pedicure I’ve ever received, I’m sorry to even call it a pedicure. My feet weren’t even scrubbed or grated properly and she didn’t apply the shiny top coat. She presented sleepy or tired, unpassionate and overall unprofessional (like she just got out of bed).
But the salon rating shouldn’t suffer because of one sorry technician. Overall very amazing staff and service otherwise and my family will be back again!
Update: I didn’t mention my disappointment at the time because I genuinely thought this lady was new or training. Just found out she’s the owner. How sad.
I came to this nail salon for the first time and let me tell you it was great. The people here were very hospitable and nice Miss Phoebe the owner of the salon was the one that did my nails. She did an absolutely amazing job and I love them. This place I'm sure is going to thrive very soon it's seems in the store that they take pride in what they do. I got this done 2 weeks ago and ready for the next appointment!
I was in town visiting mom and desperately needed a fresh powder dip manicure. Nick did a great job! Will come here again when I’m in town and try a pedicure too!
Now I remember why I stopped coming here I came out of desperation but it still was not worth $45 My nails are uneven misshapen And some of them just plain missing dip When I tried to explain she refused to put more dip in on the side And then I was just forget about it No I have to go home and see what repairs I can do to make my $45 knows look good. Not to mention there is no washing your hands or any moisturising oil thereafter
I have been coming to this nail and spa for a long time! I have to say that the owner An her son are very kind an amazing! They are very professional and there facility is very clean also the staff is amazing An kind. I would recommend this place to all my friends An family! I have never had a problem and I have been going to this salon for years an I will continue to. There are people that do not appreciate them like they should! If they don't like something they should explain before hand instead of complaining like a child. I have read these reviews an I'm offended due to the fact they do an amazing job! In my opinion I feel like they want everything for free instead of paying for good work. I'm proud to say you will have a amazing experience at American Nail & Spa!!!!
