I ordered from this location on a Friday night. I ordered an extra-meat beef Philly cheesesteak with lettuce and onions. I also had vegetable fried rice and 6 honey garlic wings. The cheesesteak was cooked to my liking and tasty; it could have been more seasoned, but it satisfied my appetite. To compensate for the lack of sauce on the wings, there was a big serving of vegetable fried rice. Aside from that, the wings were crispy and well-seasoned. Overall, this dinner was satisfying because not all American Delis’ taste the same.
Every time I walked in there I see chicken that have already been cooked sitting on top of the grease, they precook they chicken and have it sitting out waiting. I work next to American deli so I use to come here on my break and the cashier with the colorful dreads be looking like she have an attitude 24/7. They chicken be hard and to SMALL… i will not be eating here again!!!!
I don’t know what kind of super powers the cooks have but my food was done in 5 minutes. Literally my food at Amercian Deli has never been done this fast. So I salute this specific location for moving very fast and having my food ready it was also delicious I ended up ordering twice. Thanks again for the good customer service and fast pace moving????????
Unfortunately the cashier was young and rude. They forgot my wings with my Philly/wing combo and the fries was over cooked/cold ( we could not eat them) Don’t waste your money on this location
Terrible service, ghetto customer service. You can’t even wash your hands to eat. I wanted to wash my hands and this ghetto rainbow hair girl said I can’t wash my hands I have to go to Publix. I didn’t buy the food from Publix. Prior to that she went off on a customer like that. Why will you want to spent your money at a place you don’t feel respected.
Ordedred a wing cumbo with rice . certain ones of staff was ocay. But specifically asked for no onions in rice . allergic and couldn't even eat my food . considering also i stay over 2 hours away .so it was all bad so many of them . it was a waste for 15 bucs
1st let me say the food is always good, however the initial interaction you have are with the people at the counter. The cashier would not give me her name nor was it on the receipt but she was the worst I have ever encounter. Both cashiers were on their phone, & the one I was ordering with had her uncensored music playing loudly. Also, when I was telling her what I didn’t want on my Philly, she acted as if she couldn’t hear, I had to repeat myself multiple times, then she walked away. By this time I am super frustrated. After a 20 minute wait, I asked for a refund. Both the cashiers acted as if they didn’t know how to do a refund. My food was also ready the entire time as the girl who was stocking asked me my number and told me the food was sitting there waiting. I will never be back to this location.
They have fell off over the years. Those wings aren't all that. Service great food not so great.
