Just witnessed one of your drivers in cab#8 excessively speeding then passed cars using the turn lane on Oakwood Dr. He was also using a walk-in talkie while driving. He is a danger and putting people’s lives at risk driving in a such a manor. I’m turning this info and pictures into HPD.

Drove an hour and a half for a job interview and to fill out application, sit there at their office for nearly 2 hours. I never have been so disappointed in a business like this one they won't employees but they don't even want to show them in the office to do their job so the number that you call your speak to some man he's always got an attitude he always tells you one thing.
Lynn and Kent are the epitome of excellence, bar none. If Lyft and Uber ain't an option, this is your best choice! I highly recommend Lynn or Kent, if you wanna try to ask for a specific chauffeur.
I called American Cab Company to pick up my son from the airport and take him 48 miles away. Cowboy showed up on time, was kind a courteous and helped my son out. I can’t say enough kind words to show my appreciation to this hard working man with a kind heart. Thank you Cowboy and thank you American Cab Company for showing up and doing your job well.
I scheduled a cab for 6pm. I was outside my home waiting from 5:55-6:15 until I decided to give them a call. I call and hear an automated message that says the business cannot be reached and to call back later. Not even an option for a voicemail?? They never arrived, and I was never called back, texted, or contacted in anyway. They ghosted me. I’m very lucky I was able to find another ride to my event, though I was late. This was so unprofessional.
I'm very happy with the quality of their services. I've been using them alot for the last 3 months. They truly care about their customers & their drivers. Accurate, punctual, safe, curtious & kind! Thanks guys for getting my mom & I where we need to go and back home safely!
