This America's Best Wings beats all the other locations in the area. Very clean and the people working there are very pleasant.
Excellent Customer Service, very clean. We found this spot while trying to get a late night meal. The guy who took our order was so nice and the food was priced well and the food was GOOD! I tasted a little of everyone's food and the fish and wings were good too. My plate (cheesesteak) can be seen below. The fries are seasoned well and the lemonade was tasty.
Definitely one of the best Americas best wings everyone was so nice, store was very clean, the honey mustard is amazing here and especially the honey old bay wings 10/10
Horrible customer service. This guy was loud with me and trying to argue but I wouldn’t give him the satisfaction. I ordered something and received a discount for my job. I then decided to another something else and the the guy behind the counter said I could only get 1 discount per visit. I asked if I cancelled my original order, would I be able to get the total discount. He couldn’t comprehend that. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. I told him about this review. Now he’s really mad!! I’m never going back!
The manager at this America's Best Wings is rude and flat out don't care about customers. He acts as if we owe him something when we are supporting their business. He comes off as a racist towards black people. We order 20 wings one time and he gave us two, two blue cheese dipping sauces and had this dumb look on his face like what! I don't like to get violent but dang.
2 out 2 - 100% efficiency on food poisoning. Never eating from this place again.
I ordered some wings, and fries, a steak and cheese, and some onion rings, That was the nastiest meal I had in a while, The onion rings tasted like they were old drenched in oil, the fries were undercooked, the steak and cheese was bland, the wings were heavily condimented. Waste of money, I ended up throwing the food away. Just not good at all
I had to edit this review! When will establishments learn customer service is everything? Now I have to avoid this location as well. Went to get those delicious pickles again, then was approached by the worker stating I was getting too many sauces. He call himself trying to handle or embarrass me in front of the other customers. He kept repeating how would they make money and no other place would let me have the sauces without paying extra. I explained that I had did it before with no problem not knowing the sauces that are self serve are limited. His response was nobody ever said anything to me. Well what about the worker that was so courteous making suggestions for my vegetarian diet & I would buy all the food being hot and delicious. He was apparently angy I just purchased the pickles not spending enough money. If the extra cost was posted being visible I would have known. Actually I was more than willing to pay the extra cost. But the rude approach was too much, learn how to speak to customers appropriately. The result was keep your picles and sauces. He had no problem and satisfied with taking the food back after I had opened the container, did not toss in the trash gave back to the kitchen. Then had the nerve to say "next time you will know". There will not be a next time as you just lost a loyal, valuable customer. Now my satisfaction went from ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to ⭐ You rude and nasty, did you sell the opened food to the next customer?
