Was Awful I went in to get my nail done the guy came and took me in but he rushed the whole thing almost cut me then when he did the designs the nails looked like a kid did them never going again ! 1st one was the Inspo
I go here all the time and the staff are ok I just don't like when they speak that language. Especially in front of me after i have asked a question. Also there are no prices hung in in the store when it comes to manicure ect..so they can charge you whatever they like which i think is illegal. I know they have over charged me multiple times and they think I didn't notice. May be finding another place to go. I do like Christie though.
I Walked in and was not greeted. Man at desk was RUDE and dismissive. I picked my color and sat down. The man at front desk ignored me until I got up, returned my color and headed towards the door. Energy automatically changed my mind about getting any services done. Not to mentioned, it’s crowded and uncomfortable at first glance. No thanks.
Jenny was extremely sweet and did a great job on my pedicure. The man however was super rough and made me bleed when I was there. When I got home I noticed 3 nails have dried blood from cutting too close. The manicure isn’t very nice either. Wouldn’t go back because of this which is unfortunate. If you do go just steer clear of the men and I think you could enjoy it.
This was the absolute worst service. We walked in at 4:36pm and sat with our feet in the water until it ran cold. They serviced everyone else that walked in but left us waiting. I finally got the worst and quickest pedicure I’ve ever received but my friend, who needed her hands and feet done, was left sitting in the water and ignored the entire time. We finally walked out at 6:15pm without my friend even being touched. There was no reassurance of “oh we will be right with you” or “sorry for the wait”. Just ignored. We could have been told at the beginning if they were too busy to take us and would have been happy to come back but they just let us sit there in cold water for nearly 2 hours and gave the worst pedicure to only one us. Even when we walked out, no one said anything or apologized.
I went here last month and I won't be returning. I received a full set color powder nails and the guy placed the drill too close to my cuticles. I left with bloody cuticles and for the next week or so my cuticles were sensitive and had a burning sensation. As soon as I walked in I was immediately serviced. He didn't even give me the opportunity to get situated into the seat comfortably. Most physically uncomfortable experience ever. I was annoyed and I ended up not getting the pedicure. NEVER AGAIN lol.
The wife and I Love this Place. Always Polite and Job well done. I think it's the pampering my wife loves.
Walked in to fix a mess up from a different nail salon in rosenberg and they
were awesome! Jenny and Bill took great care of me and got me fixed up perfect . They were very nice and friendly. I will definitely be going there from now on.
