I like the food here, but I think it's totally ridiculous that I can not order and pre-pay online in order to pick up my food, because I haven't met the minimum amount of $12. Their wait times for pickup orders is 30-45 minutes, so I have to either buy more food online that I don't want, or I have to literally go to the restaurant to order and then wait around for up to 45 minutes for my food. That is not a good business model, and they have missed multiple opportunities for me to buy from them when I'm hungry and passing through the area. I wonder how many people pass on this restaurant because of that. SMH.
I'm not sure if it's a store tradition, but I should have known that you were going to serve me cold mac and cheese. Overall, the fried whiting dinner was excellent, and the fried shrimp dinner was passable but a little overcooked. Nevertheless, I gave you guys four stars without a doubt.
Food is amazing, actually the best tenders I’ve had. Sadly it takes foreeeever so only come here if you have time. Spent 30 minutes of my break waiting when it wasn’t even busy ????
The food is delicious. The only gripe I have with this store is the prices. They are so expensive and weird. Like on doordash, it is cheaper to order from the app instead of walking to the store. To be honest, I can get three meals off doordash for the price of 2 if I were to walk to the store. Still, their fish is awesome and in most cases, their whiting is flaky, which is a good thing.

The food is good. The service sucks. I made order online and I realize there was no banana pudding on the list so I called the restaurant and ask them to put banana pudding in my order. The young lady who answered the phone told me just put it under one of the desserts and under it write banana pudding. I explained to her that I had already ordered so she said just put it on there anyway so I put it on there. In order to do that you had to do a whole new order. I didn't realize that the next thing I know I've got two orders so I called her back and told her to cancel one of the orders because I only wanted the banana pudding anyway without argument. She told me in plain words I ordered twice and I had to pay for two orders. So for now on they never have to expect me to order anything else from them. You have to be specific when you call them because they will mess up your order. I'm was really thinking about calling my bank and stopping the payment because I shouldn't have been charged twice for one order that I wanted and the other which I didn't. I had to pay two drivers tips for the same food and then I only got one banana pudding. Never again ambassador ????
I usually love this place to order but today the fish was terrible and tough. I recieved two pieces of cheesecake and they tasted like they were defrosted, old and dry. I am extremely dissapointed on a 60.00 delivery
