I have been a regular at this establishment since I discovered it on Google. I believe Matt, the owner, recognized me as the one who loves cinnamon and playfully mentioned it when making me a cinnamon crunch shake. His friendly energy made me want to support the business. Usually, I pay $9.54 for a shake when he's around, but I noticed that the price increases to $11.00 when the girl is at the counter. When I inquired, she mentioned a system fee, which seemed fabricated to me. As a fellow business owner using the same Clover machine, I knew she was not being honest. Although I enjoy supporting my local community, I dislike dishonesty. I understand she is an employee, not the owner. I feel it's important to address this because once I questioned her, she adjusted the price to what I usually pay.
So disappointed ???? I have been to a lot of this places and the smoothie and teas are so good. I visited this place in Brandon before and this never happened. Came to this location and I was so disappointed. I went on lunch time to order 2 smoothie and a tea. When I received the smoothie they were full to the top. Driving to the office I noticed that the smoothie I got from my coworker was pretty much half empty from the cup. I was shocked and how am I going to show up at the office with half cup empty. Not did I only get half cup empty the smoothie and the teas tasted horrible. I will never again come to this place.
Had the honor to paint the windows at NutriFit Spot and you KNOW I had to order myself some drinks during it all. The first day I had the coffee and chocolate shake (have no idea the actual name) and it was amazing, kept me full during my day’s work and the right amount of caffeine. The next day I had a mega loaded tea (passion fruit and sour apple) and I felt so good drinking this. Love that they added the fruits and not too much ice. The workers and owners are so kind and helpful.
I was recommended this spot by a friend and I haven’t stopped going since my first visit! The cut d craving waffle is absolutely AMAZING! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable of the products as well as the ingredients and benefits! I love it here, trust me when I say you won’t regret a visit.
Customer service is 5 star. Meals are perfect for fitness and not oversalted like other frozen meals. I havent had a bad meal yet. Highly recommend the donuts!
What a gem! Had one of the waffles and it was AMAZING!! If I lived in Tampa I’d be here all the time! Decor is super cute and staff was friendly and welcoming. I was looking for a post-workout treat and this hit the spot! Gluten free too <3
Ordered the protein coffee and it's super good! 10% off for crunch fitness members so that's a benefit ????
Parking is plenty cause shop is located in a plaza.

I am traveling from Oviedo Florida to Tampa area and found this amazing spot! The owner was super sweet and helpful. She had so many options to choose from. I pick one of the waffles … I don’t think I even look up from my plate lol it was sooo good. She gave me relaxation tea. Even suggested for me to take a tea for the morning that way I am not going crazy to look for a spot and I can go straight to work. All I have to do is add my hot water and I am good to go! I have had protein donuts else where but these were amazing. Soft n moist !! The place was very clean n decorated nicely. I pray that God bless both her locations.
