Horrible experience!!! Do not go to this place!! I was quoted a price from two different employees . Once work was completed on my car the lady at the front desk called and gave a completely different price (higher price of course) and then threatened to take the part off my car that they repaired if I didn’t want to pay the higher price that she quoted me although she quoted me the original price ( Yes, the same person). When I asked to speak with a manager she stated she was the manager . When I received the car , it drove exactly the same as when I dropped it off. This place will rip you off. Very unprofessional.
I love them. They work with me every time. Just bought a vehicle from them because they always fix errors or anything with my other vehicle. They are very friendly and understanding. Took me from my last mechanic because they actually are done when they say they are and if it takes too long then they still don’t take long. Never had an issue so far with any of the repairs they have given me.
Customer service was genuine customer service; professional conduct and very personable; kept me informed; repair cost with lower than most repair shops cost for diagnosing taken in consideration totalled a seemingly reasonable cost; in same day, out same day. So far, so good; and will allow them to service my car if and when needed in the future, and do recommend for your car repair needs.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. THEY CHANGED MY STARTER ON MARCH 9th AFTER THAT MY ENGINE MISFIRED TWICE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I HAD TO CHANGE THE THROTTLE BODY A WEEK LATER. NOW MY CAR WONT START UNLESS I JUMPSTART IT WITH MY BATTERY PACK. I GOT THE BATTERY TESTED AND EVERYTHING IS GOOD INCLUDING MY ALTERNATOR MY CAR ONLY HAS 65k ON IT. I TRULY BELIVE THEY MESSED MY CAR UP I BROUGHT IT BACK TO HIM AND HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR REPAIRS HE WASNT SURE ABOUT AND PLUS HE STARTED TO FAST TALK ME AND ONLY SPOKE HALF ENGLISH. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS
Been there multiple times! Highly recommended! Best Auto shop on the South Side! The employees always get the job done!
The young lady at the window is beautiful, but sadly, these guys don't service/ install 22-inch tires.
