I ordered the two beef taco combo & the meat was so bad. It should have not been served to anyone. It should have been trashed. I did drive from far & was starving when I just got back into town so I ate it. The beef was almost ashes. It's expensive here too. I wonder if the owner knows the quality that is being served here.I blame the cook because he/she should have known better. It was like eating ashes and my tongue was being scraped. These tacos were okay in the past visits but I did notice they keep getting worse & worse. I feel scammed because of the price with the poor quality of food & after reading the reviews, they should go out of business. I'm never coming here again. Someone mentioned rats. I'm so disgusted after eating here.
I eat here a LOT, and the food is ALWAYS good. The portions are excellent as well. The meat they serve, for example, is always fresh, tender, and moist, cooked just right, no matter what time of day. The staff is always friendly and upbeat. I can't say enough good things about this place. I would give them ten stars if I could!
The food here is bomb day and night. Good prices great service. My one and only complaint is the Horchata is horrible tasting and way over priced especially for the quality of horchata , it's definitely not homemade and the mix is just awful!! I hope with enough honest reviews about this they would consider getting the real homemade Horchata or at the very least get a better mix. We got the chimichanga and it was so good ???? will definitely be back again for another one
I ordered asada nachos and asada burrito late at night, when I got home the burrito was missing. I understand mistakes happen, as it was very late I waited till next day to call and let them know, and ask if I could go pickup my burrito. The man that answered very clearly didn’t believe me. He asked if I had a receipt I told him I couldn’t find but I paid with a de it card and would show him the transaction. He said he needed to talk to the night crew first to verify if a burrito was in fact forgotten, and asked if I could go show him my card transaction the next day. I asked why I had to wait till next day? I wanted the burrito I PAID FOR today. He said no I could not go get it. I asked him if a $10 burrito was worth losing a customer of over 10 years? Horrible customer service and lost a customer. Go to their Yelp page you will see for yourself that this is a recurring issue and “the owner” will reply (like he will here) with an “apology” but he really doesn’t care.
If I could give 0 I would this place is absolutely DISGUSTING I have given it a few times and EVERYTIME it’s old, cold, stale, re-heated and then I get sick!!!! This last time I am pretty sure that’s how I got Colitis. Not ulcerative colitis either. Colitis is bacteria in your stomach and intestines. But regardless just don’t bother save your money they are also rude and over priced.
Food is decent....I've been going here for sometime know. I ordered too burritos de Carne asada in the evening time and felt they rushed making my burritos...felt empty and small for what I payed for..cooks aren't consistent.
Regardless of what I order on their menu, my food tastes great every time. It is convenient to my home, so grabbing a bite to eat after work isn't a problem. They are quick to get your food ready for you. The drive thru is a bonus.
Besides the food being delicious, their service is amazing. The have the FRIENDLIEST cashiers. All the guys working there are so sweet.
