SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! The smallest scoop of ice cream I have ever been served! It was unbelievable!!! I understand that prices are high everywhere, so I expected high prices. What I did NOT expect was a scoop of ice cream the size of a meatball. It was just ignorant. You can see in my photos how small a one scoop is, and the 3 scoop wasn't even visible above the cup it was served in! Won't be back!
When we first started going here it was great, best ice cream you could ever eat. Large scoop served in a large bowl. Not the cheapest, but it was delicious and worth every penny. Last year, the container got smaller as well as the scoop. We went about two weeks ago and the container is WAY SMALLER! They changed their scoop size tiny, maybe the size of a golf ball! Between the two of us we got four scoops for $10! Each one is about two bites! Sorry Almost Heaven, you just lost two very good customers. ????
We used to love going here. NOT any longer The ice cream was great and the scoops were nice in portion once upon a time. The ice cream is expensive but it was worth it but not any more. The flavor was lacking and the portions were the small and barely filled a container. Sorry but this place is no longer worth it. Not a good way of doing business. Charge the same give less is just wrong.
Terrible. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was like warm chocolate milk… asked them to remake it, so then they used vanilla ice cream and put a shot of chocolate syrup in it and it still wasn’t any better. Ridiculous to pay $6 for a cup of warm chocolate milk….
Everytime I order here they get my order wrong. Like I ordered a blueberry cheesecake waffle cone and have no idea what the kid gave me. She literally just shut the window on me and did some weird victory dance??? Like y'all can just say you’re out of a flavor and I’ll order something not make me get something I did not pay for… service BAD!
I have put our request in everytime we go there. Please put BLACK CHERRY on your menu. Butter Pecan is the BEST!

The workers were very nice,helpful And handled everything perfectly.
This is the only place I've gotte an ice cream in alliance.As far as I know it's the best ???????? definitely didn't have any complaints
Multiple times we've come to this location, and the soft serve machine has been questionable or not working. The staff has never been eager to help. Today, the teenagers let cars wait in line for 10+ minutes before walking out to turn 4 of us cars away. In that time, I saw the girl, Georgia, touch her hat and face multiple times with long hair flipping about (health code violation?), spending more time giggling and goofing around with her coworkers than actually serving guests. Only one guy was actually working in the drive thru with no help from the others. Finally, she walked out to turn us away. We've been loyal customers for years...This service was the last straw. We'll take our business elsewhere.
