Best WLM Reviews
To start off, customer service was good. Everyone was nice and helpful. I wanted holiday nails to feel festive. I haven’t got dips in a long time so I wanted a nice relaxing experience! I wanted mani and pedi ,so I chose out my colors. The lady at the front desk helped me by finding my nail color. I got seated on the pedicure chair, and the guy who did my pedicure was really nice. Later, a teen girl came to do my nails. She sat next to me and started doing my nails. A lot of things I noticed was she kept putting my fingers in the dip about 5 times. I told her I didn’t want bold or bubble nails, and she said I know. I thought they did a different process. Also, she was drilling my nails but she did it so unprofessionally, she drilled my finger. Which is now swollen but the way! She was about to put the clear polish on top to make it glossy, but it was way too thick. I told her, and she said sorry and tried to fix it with the drill. It was still too bold, so I told her. She said I should have just got gel. I have been doing dips for a long time, I know this isn’t what you do. After she was done with my nails it was bubbly and bulky. After I was done, I went to the cash register, and told the lady. She told me it was fine, and that’s how dips work. At that point, I didn’t want to remove them because it was 43$. She said come back in 2 weeks if you wanted to get them removed. I told her it was fine I guess, and just left as fast as I could. That girl obviously needs some training, she did horrible! To also mention, I have been coming here for almost 2 years. They obviously changed their service. NEVER COMING BACK!!!
I was only in town for a week and went with Family to get pedicures however, I did not need a polish change since I just had a pedicure the week before was really just around the ladies that being said, I made it very clear that I didn’t need that. I spoke to the manager and she said it would only be $30, when I sat in the pedicure chair, I made sure The Owner communicated and understood that I didn’t need my polish changed. The two ladies that I was with had the Full pedicure with polish and cut down and trimmings, and such all of which I did not have . Please be reminded that there were three of us. The original woman moved into the center however Niki obviously spoke English, and I made sure that she knew and understood when she sat in front of me. When it came time for the bill, I was charged the exact same as the other ladies. I questioned the owner. And she tried to tell me that if I got a color change or if they did anything with my nails It would be $15. This was a bold Face lie as the other ladies were charged the $45 and I was charged 50 …having no cuticle, cut down or color change.
Also The Owner tried to say that I did not communicate to Niki as Niki said to The Owner as such. I feel this was truly taking advantage of an outsider. Had I had known that my Tyler family resident had a prior awful experience with Niki. I would’ve been more pursuant, but in the area of keeping peace, I paid the money. I truly feel that they owe me $20 and my account should be credited how dear they overcharge when they made a verbal agreement and I clarified all of it. I have no problem paying for good work when it is earned, I have a problem paying for things when it is done in sufficiently. After walking out, I realize that she left my heels very rough and not appropriately done. Awful unprofessional and on top of that rude as when I went back to communicate, even though they could speak English, they decided to have banter back-and-forth in there, language right in front of me.
Do not Tell me that you were not there I went to you you were wearing a gold outfit. I was told you were the manager. I spoke to you in the beginning and I spoke to you at the end so don’t try to put some foo foo. I’m sorry up on this terrible review. You promised one thing and you charged me $20 more unless you plan on crediting my account from my horrible experience do not try to put something on this review. Your worker Nicky was nasty and obnoxious and I heard that she’s done it before that when someone only pays $30 she doesn’t OK job but when they pay 50 and $60. She’ll do a great job , she left my heels worse than I came in. And your manager person which I believe was you because I was told I was speaking to the owner like I didn’t tell Niki when I made sure when I sat down in the chair, I looked at you and said does everyone understand I’m not having my nails touched .
I am rating 2/5 for the recent visit alone in which I received a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was highly enjoyable, as they always are, at this establishment. My manicure, however, left much to be desired. The entire mani was maybe 10 mins from start to finish and it shows. The staff was very friendly to me so the rating is based off quality of work alone. Nails are misshapen, un-even lengths, and clean up care was not done. See photos for details. I did not ask for a correction because I am oh, no... not twice you don't kind of gal.
The staff is friendly, but I am disappointed in my nails. The design was NOT at all what I'm use to. I hope this is just a one time mistake, but they look weeks old and just bad.
I have been coming here for 2 years and I am never disappointed. My last set lasted a month before one broke off at work. But today !!! My girl Lynn has out done herself. My nails are way cuter than the picture and I’m so happy with them. Y’all will be happy with your nails coming here. Ask for Lynn. If she is busy it is well worth the wait ‼️
I just left there from getting acrylic nails removed and I got my nails dipped. The lady who did my nails got the acrylic dip all over my skin and had to use a hand file to remove it from my skin. Which cut me in several places and was very painful. I still have acrylic stuck to my skin. I asked to speak to manager and she only offered to take $5 off my service. Or she offered to remove the nails because I did not want to pay for them. I already had several cuts on my hands and did not want to endure the pain of the removal process. I will never go back! I have uploaded photos of the cuts on skin and the poor quality and acrylic still stuck to my skin. Paid $40 for this!
Great service, nail technician did phenomenal on the intricate design I showed her! She was very patient while trying to help me find the exact colors that I was looking for! Very affordable! I was a lot cheaper than I expected with nails extensions and multi-colored design on each finger. Great atmosphere. I went on a Saturday, around lunch time. It was very busy! I waited about 30 minutes.
Took a group of girls to get pedis and 2 of us sat under a fan for an hour and our regular polish still wasn’t dry and when we checked to put shoes on it got messed up so they put another coat on and we sat under the fans that didn’t work again. And now I’m running way late because it’s not drying they just put another coat on and when I asked for a different fan they just moved me to another seat which too did not work.
