This repair shop is fantastic. Joshua the owner is professional and kept his word. The repair to my 2022 Tesla Model X Plaid was done in the time frame promised. His pricing was the best out of four shops. I’m very happy with the repair and the quality of the paint work. I’ve referred two friends and they have had the same experience. I will continue to support this shop. You won’t be disappointed.
I cannot say enough good things about this business! If you're looking for a reputable automotive center with a high level of professionalism, clean environment, reasonable rates, and a commitment to excellence, this is the place for you! My entire family takes our automobiles here for service. Our cars range in age from fairly new cars to cars that are close to 20 years old. What we like about Josh and his team is they manage your expectations as to how long they will have your automobile. They do not overpromise. The atmosphere in the shop is one that immediately puts you at ease and instills the confidence you will be treated fairly. Josh recently they fixed my 91 year old father's car (yes, he is still driving!). Josh was very patient with him in spite of the many questions he had to answer.
I greatly appreciate having a mechanic I can trust. Alliant Automotive gives you that confidence that if something goes wrong with your car, you have somewhere you can take it where you won't be gouged with high prices and you KNOW it will be repaired properly. These guys are the best. Very professional, fast work but more importantly superior work. Great prices as well. If you don’t like their work or prices, I’m convinced you’ll rather have a Autozone street mechanic work on your car. I highly recommend them.
Alliant Automotive Center took care of my 2017 Hyundai Veloster from the first day it arrived there. My front bumper and some other things needed to be fixed. The very next day, my car had started to be worked on. After the first week, Josh helped me get a rental car until my car was ready. My car been there since the beginning of January and is now fully fixed today. There was great communication happening between Josh and I and he was very consistent throughout the process. When Geico no longer covered the cost of the rental, Josh said he would take care of it and he did just that. When my car needs to be serviced or looked at I will be taken it back to Josh. Thank you very much for looking out for me!!!
This is the most courteous, efficient, and professional auto service shop EVER! I saved $310 off the break! Ourisman Chevrolet charges $350 to put a tail light assembly, and the guys here did it for $40 in less than 45 minutes !These are my guys for sure!
Let me start by saying that Suitland is lucky to have a mechanic shop of this high quality, professionalism, and honesty. I would recommend this place to anyone of my friends and family.
I've been to the shop to replace a trans-axle seal, O2 sensor install, and more recently, to replace an ignition control module. (I have a '96 project car)
Josh, one of the lead mechanics, is extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
Their prices are also very reasonable for the work involved. Don't take my word for it. Do your own research for the average cost of X-repair, then give Wade's a call for an estimate.
In any case, I feel lucky to be able to rely on them for repairs that are a little beyond my abilities.
I will always bring any vehicle to Alliant Automotive Center to get serviced. Staff has wonderful customer service, any problems I had going into the shop was fixed and no longer the problem when I left. Five star service all across the board.
