Waited for about 15 minutes to be seated they weren't even busy then didn't get refills the whole time food was alright pictures looked alot better then it actually looked

Fast friendly service, the best part is it is affordable, quality work. They also contacted me when the problem was diagnosed, and explained the cost and what they were going to do. Far exceded my expectations in workmanship. Will return and highly recommend them for automotive repairs.

Everything about this place was amazing. The rooms were gorgeous and the view was even better. Dining is available right in the lodge and there is a fire pit and gorgeous sitting area right on the water. Walking out to the point is short and easy and well worth it. The staff were friendly and great. Complimentary smores for the fire too! Highly recommended if you are staying along the North Shore.

Was in town for my father's funeral and the plan was to drive his car back to Iowa the next evening. Well, alternator went to hell so after calling a bunch of places and getting told it'd be 2 weeks, Kevin told me this Friday at the earliest. I could live with that. Got R & J Towing to get the vehicle from Lansford to Minot and he was able to fit me in right away. Got a new alternator, new battery (expected) and the car needed a new tensioner and belt. All in all, it took 6 hours from tow to pick up. I couldn't have been happier for the customer service I received and the speed of the repairs. THE BEST!!! Thank you thank you thank you

I have been going here for 10 years. I first heard about Alleys from my mom who also had high praise for Stacy and the rest of the crew. They are awesome. Very honest mechanic.

Called to get an estimate, was asked to bring in my truck to see is the water pump had actually broken (it did). The job cost was reasonable, however we were unable to afford it at that very moment. We asked when they would be willing to do it at the end of the week as that is when we actually got payed. They essentially allowed us to pay most of it upfront, and the rest of it at the end of the week, and allowed us to leave with the truck. I miss the days that a verbal agreement, and a hand shake meant something. That all coupled with great customer service means that this is where I will be taking my vehicles to get repairs from now one.

My car was stolen. Police found it but it would not start. Alleys was the closest shop to have it towed to. I told Stacy that it seemed like a simple issue like fuses, since after it was retrieved the fuse box was ripped open & fuses taken out. I asked him to take a look at it. He charged me $687. I got no heads up. And he still did not find the problem. He sounds great and friendly on the phone. But do not trust this man. Having no vehicle during the holidays, the stress of it all and getting hit with a $687 bill and another person taking advantage of you is disheartening. I am telling all that I know to avoid this shop.
