Went with a tire that had a leak, picked it up in a few hours, went home, then woke up to a tire completely flat. I called them and was told for me to pick up their air pump to pump it myself. They did a patch and it was terribly done. They didn't even offer to fix it themselves or reimburse my money. So I went to another business and bought all 4 tires somewhere else. They just lost a customer and a good word of mouth.
When it comes to getting your car fixed we all get worried about dishonest mechanics and shops that grossly overprice.
Allen put all these worries away for me each time I took my car to him. These guys genuinely care about what they do and let their work show for it.
They swiftly and accurately diagnose if there is an issue with your vehicle and identify it. They will tell you a realistic price and time for the repair. You leave your contact and come back to a vehicle in better condition than you brought it.
Living here a couple years I've noticed shops change and close often but Allen's is a staple here and shows the honesty and quality of work this town provides.
Integrity. I am still in shock, I had a situation where I instructed these guys to do something because I thought I knew what the problem was. Any other mechanic would have done exactly what I told them to do costing me more money. These guys found the actual issue, fixed it and told me to return the parts I had bought that I didn't need.
I am so grateful for their honesty and integrity. Allen is truly an upstanding man and I will never go to another Mechanic.

I have been here multiple times for different issues and he's always very professional and friendly. I usually have issues trusting auto mechanics but he is the guy to go to with anything regarding your car! His services are on the spot and he will take his time with anything. He is very honest and will guide you for the best possible outcome, even if he doesn't gain anything out of it. I plan on moving out of town in the near future and I want to take him with me! That's how much I trust him and recommend his services!!
Allen's Import is the best mechanic and service station I have ever worked with. He is fair, very thorough, and never over-repairs. He is always sure to give you the broken part, and makes sure that he finds any underlying problems. Would definitely recommend.
I recently relocated to Florida and today I brought my rather old car in for its first oil change since the move. The gentleman at the shop said, unsolicited, "your car is in great shape. You've really taken care of this car." Of course it was Allen and his team who had taken care of that car, as well as the one before it, for 17 years. The quality of their work is visible even from 1000 miles away.
