I’m a usual here since I work 24hr shifts and it’s pretty close to my house. My mother is over for the week and I usually get her the flying saucer so I know how it looks and how its served. This time around it was a new chef and a new cashier that I’ve never seen before. This is what she gave me for a flying saucer that costed $10.00 without tax. I don’t have a picture of how they're usually made which is a flour tortilla, its definitely not with a corn tortilla. In the past it’s always has been those big flour tortillas. I don’t know if it’s cause of the new chef or the owner changing things up and reducing sizes while keeping the same prices. I confronted the cashier about it and she denied me a refund saying "thats how they've been making it forever. I've worked here everyday, I know." Never seen her in my life.
Some of the very best Mexican food I've had here in the high desert. I keep going back to try new dishes. So far, never disappointed. The best green Chile. I hate Mexican restaurants that serve bland Chile Verde that's basically blended tomatillo sauce. NO Flavor and NO heat whatsoever! I've had food for breakfast, lunch and dinner here.

Today I have a definite change of heart for this place. First off, their drive-thru speaker doesn't work. You have to now drive up to the window, which 1/2 the time they don't Even know you're there. I've left twice because of this. Their food is inconsistent to say the least. I would order a specific style burrito and would get something else. My very first green Chile beef burrito was the best I've had in a long time. That was the only time I got it that way. The next 3 times they gave me pork instead of beef. This last time I voiced my concerns about that and ordered the green Chile burrito again. Got the beef but not the green Chile. Their guacamole for their taquitos is bland/tasteless. The breakfast burritos are also tasteless. Their beef tacos are consistent and good. But because of multiple disappointments, I will not be returning. I can buy beef tacos anywhere that are just as good. And my search for a good green Chile beef burrito continues.
Haven't been to this place in awile due to poor preparation on food. Burrito was falling apart due to old tortilla. And prices higher then other's. Nice people, but bad food.
Normally this food is really good. Chili relleno is my favorite. I ordered a double order. Got home to find out I was served a chili rolled up in Scrambled Eggs. So disappointed.
When I'm craving Enchiladas, a nice crunchy Taco, or a spicy Chorizo Burrito.... This is the place I go. Their combo plates are excellent for the price, and if you ask for extra....YOU GET IT. By the by, if you're a Nacho or loaded Fries fan, TRY THIS PLACE, they PILE it on. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is their prices; $1.50-$2.00 less on average overall, they'd get 5 stars.

**Updated menu posted, because I kinda ended up eating my food before I remembered to take pictures (whoops, next time!). And I did my dangdest trying to get the bottom corners to come out as clear as I could, sorry it's still so fuzzy in those pictures.
Food was cold. got a carne asada burrito and asada fries. Meat was flavorless fries were cold. I had to warm my burrito in the microwave. Overall never eating here again.
All the food was delicious except the sope it didnt really have flavor but still loved the rest and my food was made super quick
It's a nice little place for late nite hunger there clean and nice reasonble prices open late
