We came for the first time on a Saturday at noon. We were the only ones. There are only 2 places to dine-in.
The owner/cook was very nice!
Generous portions of food.
We will definitely be back.
The salad was very fresh. Everything tasted fresh and of quality.
The kibbeh, hummus & gyro was delicious!! Great customer service. My friend & I will definitely be returning!!
I had been wanting to try this place and I'm so glad I finally got to! The guy who took my order was super friendly and helpful. I got the Chicken Shawarma Plate. Great value and full of flavor!
By far better than the competitor down the road. Owner is eccentric and kind. He will remember your face and order if you’re a regular. I went to the competition once, price was higher for the same thing. Their quality was bad and the atmosphere felt off putting and rude. I love Ali Baba and will continue coming here and recommending it. And their hummus is to die for.
Please give this place a try!! The food is made with care by the owner to ensure your meal not only looks amazing but tastes amazing. His twist on the tzatziki sauce is finger licking good if not better than the original. The rice is so good and fresh OMG and the best part.... the falafel. I don't have pics of that because I was headed back to Deridder. I know it's not safe to multitask and drive but I ate that falafel gyro so fast lol and it was was hot and fresh. Just please try this place once cuz I know I'll be back if the food stays this fresh and amazing!! The food seemed old and over-cooked. The flavor was meh at best. Best description is fast food greek. Go down the road a bit and order from Apollo instead. It's waaaaaaaay better.
Edit: And since the owner of this place has responded to my criticism with accusations and rudeness, I will change my review to say the owner is crazy and adjust my rating even further down.

I had the falafel in pita bread w fries and everything down to the service and atmosphere was top quality. Freshly made and delicious,I’m definitely going to make this one of my new stops for lunch ????????
