Today, we stopped into Alfee's Grill for supper. Our server was Mayda she was very polite and friendly. We ordered steak and broiled fish and stuffed flounder with stuffed crab that was broiled as well ,Both meals came with Greek potatoes and vegetables, which were green beans , and everything was very good . We were returning last Friday, bringing a guest with us. When we found out that your location was closed, it was very disappointing. I hope things turn around for you. You guys had some very good food.
Seafood, Lebanon, American Diner. Alfie is the chef, and his lovely wife Mayda is your hostess and server. I don't have a way to compare because it was my first experience, but the KEBBE was delicious. Highly recommend this local Lady Lake Gem.
We are here for the first time today and all I can say is “WOW”! The food is incredibly delicious and made fresh to order. My hubby had a huge bowl of yummy clam chowder and a good-size appetizer of fried Calamari. They were cooked to perfection. I had the special fried shrimp lunch basket which included the best fries I’ve ever tasted. I asked hubby taste “a few” and he took over my mound of fries. That’s okay, glad he liked them as much as I did. We will definitely be back again soon. They will be closed July 2nd and reopen August 11th as their daughter is getting married in Lebanon.
What a surprise! I saw a bunch of cars there but didn't think much of it and decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent. It's nice to have some other option other than pizza that are barbecue...
Fantastic homemade food. Husband and wife team working hard serving up original recipes in a very clean and well-maintained dining room. Everything came out piping hot and very fresh. The stuffed flounder was fantastic, the fry batter is crispy and original, and the homemade desserts didn’t last on our plates long. We will be back!
I had the clam chowder to start out with and it was good. My wife ordered the shawarma plate and it had a large helping of chicken and she thought the whole dish was really good. I went easy and just ordered a cheeseburger and fries. My cheeseburger was cooked medium which was perfect only problem was my american cheese was not melted at all. I like my cheese melted nicely on my burger. Fries were real good piping hot and crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. They do have wine and beer. Plus whats nice is they have 2 menus one american and one lebanese. RR
My first visit here. It was fabulous!!. I had the first nuggets. They were hot, tender, and so very tasty. The hummus is made fresh and seasoned to perfection. The owner and staff are very friendly with exciting personalities. I definitely highly recommend this restaurant.
Heard good things, so tried it for the first time and will definitely return. My husband had the fried twin lobster tails and I had the fried buffalo style shrimp...very flavorful . We were served by the owner; she was very friendly , professional and funny! Try it, it won't disappoint....
