So this is kinda weird, but the food and service were excellent. This is a restaurant above a gas station. They have bowling, a bar, good food, theres a deck area for that outdoor feeling. You gotta try it. Apps were good, and the food was great. Everyone had multiple drinks,apps, and dinner.

Awesome Sunday Brunch! The Flight of Mimosas ???????? was great. Getting to shop a little, after was fun. They have some really cool Specialty Items in the Market. Will definitely be making this a regular Stop. ????????️????????????????

This is such a unique place. With the market, the restaurant (called Taproom Bistro), and the mini bowling alley in the same building. I like that this is right in my backyard. The restaurant atmosphere is updated and cozy. There is a fireplace on the enclosed second-floor patio of the restaurant with lots of overhead heating units, so it's nice to sit out there even in the winter. We went at 5:30 pm and it wasn't busy at all. When we left about 7, it was much more crowded.

Our server was excellent. She was very helpful with the menu. Our drinks were perfect. We asked if they could make the Sangria stronger and the bartender was happy to oblige. We ordered a boom-boom shrimp appetizer that was very good. I had the fish and chips and that piece of fish was huge! I like that the breading wasn't too thick. My friend had the Chicken Shawarma and she said it was very good. So much so that she had to take half home. Since I was there for my birthday, my friend and I decided to try the Deep Fried Twinkies. They were delicious, so much better than I expected. There are two, so it's perfect for sharing between two people.

Class up your gas and take your vehicle and stomach to Alex’s! A great date night rolled all in one. We drove 45 minutes away just to experience the magic. I would suggest you follow suit! Service was spot on, food was delicious and reasonably priced. Get your gas and food tanks filled today!

Decided to give their brunch and try and we will definitely be back. We started with the bloody mary and spiked cold coffee flights. This added a fun twist to our preferred drinks plus each drink on the flight was pretty good! For our meals we went with chicken and waffles, buscuits and gravy and the beef shawarma hash. The chicken was definitely the best part of the chicken and waffle plate. Overall the beef shawarma hash and buscuits and gravy were amazing. The menu states their buscuits and Gravy are house-made and this is evident. Definitely the best buscuits and gravy in the area!! Also, not sure how they do it but the grilled breakfast potato's are amazing!! I was the one who ordered the chicken and waffles and next time I go here for brunch I will definitely be going with either the beef shawarma hash it buscuits and gravy.

Stopped into Alex Gourmet Market/Gas station. It's beautiful, clean, and packed with options. (Of course they have gourmet prices)

I purchased the chicken stir fry sub and was completely disappointed ince I got back on the road 8 miles away and was able to open my sandwich.

My phone lost charge, so I couldn't take additional photos of the inside. It was completely not what I expected and quite questionable.

What I expected was an actual stirfry, similar to what places like sbarro use to offer. What I got was the grilled chicken skin of baked mini wings (no chicken/no bone) with cheese, oddly chopped baby carrots, and doughy puffs. I was shocked and appauled.

Never would think that was inside something that looks as nice as it did on the outside. Makes me wonder about all the wonderful named options I passed on.

I also purchased bread pudding which was flavorful but extremely chewier than expected. It was in cold section so Improbably should have warmed it up first.

I would try something different like the cakes, salads, òŕ other sandwich options for myself if I were in the area again.

Emma was outstanding and made our night with her amazing service. She helped us pick out the best grub and drinks. She was super friendly and even had her boss take us to the banquet room that we didn’t even know they had. 10/10 would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to try something new with a twist. We had a couple bowling lanes reserved and were eating table side while we played. I will be back 100% and asking for Emma.

This place is amazing. A great selection in the market area, some really great hard to finds. The brunch and Bloody Mary flights we delicious. The server was GREAT! She was a more mature woman (older than the other servers). I wish I had gotten her name for reference. She had great suggestions. Her attitude and demeanor were just the kind we enjoy. Definitely will be back.
