I have been taking my car to Alestra Automotive for about 3 years now. If my Pilot needs anything done when I’m in town, they are the first place I go. Alicia, Scott and Matt have always done a great job. They are honest, trustworthy, and reliable. And when checking around, their prices are in line with the work I need done. The shop is professionally run, and as a woman in my mid-60s, I feel very comfortable whenever I go there. Alicia’s warm smile and pleasant personality are a plus in the front office, and the guys do excellent work. If you’re looking for a great place to take your care, I recommend you check out Alestra Automotive.

The one thing you need most in your adult life is a good mechanic and Alestra is by far the best I've ever hired. I called 8 of the top rated auto services in VB. Some gave me astronomical quote right away and others were gonna get back to me. Along the hunt, I came across Alestra and what really stood out was that Alice the service manager could tell I barely knew what I was asking for and she asked me if I know I needed the service or if someone told me I needed the service.. she quickly put me on a brief hold after asking for the year and mileage of my car to see if they would recommend I needed the work as well. Very female friendly shop and empathized with the concern that I could have been unnecessarily told to upservice my car. Decided to trust her and the shop after this phone consultation and brought my car in before I even heard back from the other shops. They assessed my car for themselves and turns out I did need the service but also gave me the best quote too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alestra!!

Scott and the gang at Alestra Automotive are amazing. Ladies, they are extremely trustworthy and reasonable. They are the only auto shop mechanics I will let touch my car. I have been with Alestra for at least 5 years. I will never take my cars to another shop. It is a expertly and friendly family owned business.

Great customer service, fast, quality work. I dropped my car off in the morning after an unexpected bumper meets curb issue and it was fixed within a couple of hours and ended up cheaper than the quoted price. Plus they cleaned my headlight! Was recommended by friends and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Alestra has been our family’s mechanic of choice for years. Honest, reliable, and amazing service 100 percent of the time. Scott has brought our cars back from death’s door. One other mechanic told me to sell my car for parts because it wasn’t fixable and that he would sell the parts for a share of the percentage. I brought it to Alestra and it was repairable. Scott goes above and beyond with customer service and honesty. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We have been using Alestra Automotive for our vehicle repairs for the past 6 to 8 years. They have replaced transmissions, engines, air conditioning and may other parts. They have always been able to complete most our required repairs within a day. If they could not complete within a day it was normally because of waiting on a part on order. They were professional enough to call and let us know the status of the repairs. They will not do anything that is not required. The staff is very pleasant to work with and they are very professional. I would highly recommend Alestra Automotive for your vehicle repair.
