Best WLM Reviews

They were ok we ordered 1 flor de calabaza (squash blossom) 1 chicharron (fried pork skin) 1 hongos (mushrooms) and 1 cheese and we only liked the flor de calabaza and cheese. The chicharron taste a little old and the hongos were too simply no real taste to if but we did love the flor de calabaza that was our favorite. The lady is super nice and friendly and she gets a lot of people but she moves really fast making the quesadillas. It's a street cart and there's no good parking around we were lucky we found an empty spot and we ate in our car.
First time customer, but will be coming back again soon and often most likely. Ordered the pork (chicharron) quesadilla. There was also a chicken and squash blossom option. The tortillas are blue corn, fresh pressed for each order. The cart is small, but efficiently laid out. Napkins, ice cold drinks and plenty of toppings/salsa options available. There was a line, but I didn’t have to wait long. It was great that she takes either cards or cash too. Highly recommend!
These quesadillas are worth the drive. The owner lady is so nice. We had the pork & huitlacoche and chicken & squash flower n they were both amazing. Def get the home made hot sauces on them too.
Do you like street food? Because this is the definition. The blue quesadilla lady is a LA legend to the point she's had posers. I suggest squash blossoms and pork for fillings but go nuts. You got to try this spot at least once
Best Quesadillas in LA. Amazing handmade tortillas and she makes them to order in front of you. Vegetarian options are good too. The salsa is so spicy it gave me a nose bleed! Seriously hot hot hot mouth on fire crazy spicy!
Amazing quesadillas - the potato and chorizo is fantastic, and only $6 for a large quesadilla! Super authentic - need to eat here when you're in Echo Park!
Some of the best food in Echo Park.
Park at Walgreens and Lassen's corner of Sunset and Echo Park. Then walk down Echo park to the next pay parking lot.
