Excellent Service and Attention to the Details. The mechanic I sent my Lexus to Aladdin for 50K maintenance. Ali told me what services have been done and explained to me what items may require repair in the future but for now we may just keep an eye on it. I highly recommend choosing Aladdin for car services.
I met Mahmoud this morning. I went there to get a base welded for a sculpture that I have. He had some great suggestions and will do the job. He is a renaissance man indeed !
very interesting place. not yet have a car repaired there. stopping for twice when passing by. Both times for about an hour, stayed longer than planned,. Mahmood always serves hot cinnamon tea with various treats. He is a thinker, fun to chat with. The garage in and out is full of his metal arts.
Friendly and honest. Fixed my car’s rattling heat shield same-day for a very fair price. Mahmoud is also quite funny and clever, and a very talented artist (the metal sculptures around the shop are his).
Wish I’d found this place earlier, as I will definitely be coming back for future repairs.
I have brought my car here twice in last 4 months for repairs and both times have been BLOWN AWAY by the kindness and expertise of the mechanics. They communicated excellently about what was wrong with my car, repaired issues at very affordable prices, and made me feel confident in my car's health going forward. As a young woman, I am often intimidated by bringing my car to the mechanic, but the team at Aladdin Auto Care treated me with respect and offered fair prices for very complex repairs. This is the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic! I called to ask if I could bring my car in and they saw me the same day. The owner diagnosed the noise I was hearing as a hole in my exhaust pipe and fixed it within a couple of hours for a super reasonable price. He was also incredibly friendly and wasn't condescending or rude like a lot of mechanics. Thank you!
I now love my car again as I did when I bought it brand new! Thanks to Aladdin Auto Service my car now runs smoothly, quietly and efficiently as it did back in 2015. They healed my car, even alleviating a weird thumping sound the dealership had told me would eventually go away with wear. That was one year ago.
