We came here because the reviews are great!
We tried the meatloaf, ham & cheese, pizza, and chef salad. None of it was tasty or what we expected. The pizza was soaked in sauce and didn’t at all seem homemade. Meatloaf was super tight, not ground loaf. Chef salad was a little lettuce with a lot of deli meat and cheese. I could have made a better ham & cheese sammie at home. We paid premium prices for half-A diner food.
Waitress didn’t appear to be remotely pleased to be there. We asked her what the daily veggie was and she said, “I don’t know, whatever they put on there.” Didn’t bother finding out for us. Turns out it was corn. Lol.
We won’t return.
Stopped by for breakfast on Saturday morning. Very busy. I had to wait a while to be seated. The servers were stressed and in a rush to get people out.
I ordered the Farmer's Skillet. Bacon and peppers were crispy. Egg was properly done. Good food.
Ordered a 16oz steak medium. When it came out, it didn’t looked like it had season(least salt and pepper) on it. Asked the server and he confirmed that they don’t season their steak. What’s a good steak with no salt or pepper at a minimum? They’re good pretty good around 3-4 in the morning after spending the night at SPURS!!
Definitely not the tastiest food I've had, but not the worst. A simple plain diner with an extensive menu. My waitress was super sweet. The soup was really good. Probably should have gotten extra fries
We were staying at Fairbanks for two days and for those two day we visited this place. It is a 24 hours restaurant. The food is great, service is great, and family environment. The pictures can tell you how good it was. Prices are fairs considering the economy how it is.
We ordered the short stack of pancakes, a bacon cheeseburger with fries, their soup of the day (chicken soup with rice), mozzarella sticks, fish & chips, deep fried halibut and chocolate milkshakes. Food came out so good, it’s exactly what I wanted. We’ve consistently experienced good customer service here, thank you always.
Less than 24 hours ago, I ate at this restaurant. Not only was this restaurant a scam, but the service was the WORST I have ever experienced. Our waitress was this 70-year-old lady with no teeth, who at first meeting, rolled her eyes as soon as we walked in. As soon as we sat down, she kept questioning us if there were more people coming----which we respectfully told her, no even after informing her of our party number prior. She then went to sit down at another booth, talking to another waitress all the while we waited at least 15 minutes for her to come take our order and even give us drinks. After getting our order, she went back to sitting at the booth, gossiping, making it quite noticeable that she hated her job, and did not want to serve us. At no point during our visit, did she offer check up on us or offer any. refills. The food is on the pricier side which I would not mind if they did not give a small portion size. If you take one thing away from this review, please DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. Save your money and your patience.
Super fast service and breakfast anytime of the day. What more could a man ask for?
