Best WLM Reviews

My wife and I meet our friends here every Tuesday for Trivia, and we absolute love it. Not only is Johnny a fantastic trivia host, we always request the server Lauren. She is incredibly personable, and is part of the reason we come every week.
If you’re looking for a good meal with better service, come to Agave and ask for Lauren. And if you like Trivia, make sure it’s a Tuesday!
Margaritas were good, and our server was super nice, but the food was bad.
Old, insanely greasy...we ended up ordering from Grazers while finishing our drinks so that we had something edible.
I ordered the fajita plate. It was OLD. You know how a fajita normally comes out sizzling? This was cooked hours (maybe days) before, warmed, and sat under a heat lamp long enough to make it stale on top.
My companion ordered enchiladas amd they were so greasy that they couldn't finish one (put of four).
It was a bummer all around.
Zach was a wonderful server, he was super sweet ???? the food was amazing and there were so many options to pick from.
I absolutely loved it here. The decor is lovely, our server was fantastic, our food was amazing and drinks were delicious. I guess I can understand if you're looking for authentic Mexican and didn't get that experience here but, it is Vermont and all... regardless of those other unhappy reviewers, I enjoyed every bit of this place and cannot wait to go back. Next time I hope to get in on some of that apparently "on the house" cotton candy though.
Just be sure to check out the menu on the website before going in if you're not into "different" twists on Mexican cuisine.
We went to Agave on a Tuesday night, not knowing that they have Taco specials on Tuesday. Matt was waiter for our table that day and helped us order Vegetarian Tacos. We ordered Nachos Modelo for Starters. And for Tacos, Matt suggested us to try Fried Buffalo Cauliflower, which was tasty????. We also tried Sweet Potato & Blackbean, Southwest Veggie for Tacos. It is a kid friendly restaurant. We are definitely going back to Agave????
As far as first impressions go, this place is outstanding. Regardless of the skeleton crew working, everything seemed to be under control. Chill vibes/environment, scrumptious food, creative drinks, and a wonderful staff to deliver it all. I was lucky to have Alissa bartending tonight, and she knew her stuff. With her friendly service and vast creativity, she provided the ultimate customer experience to not only myself but the others around me.
Definitely will come back here again and look forward to my return.
Edit: The Crunchwrap is dangerously delicious. You'll expect to have the same thing from Taco Bell and be disappointed each and every time.
What a great place! We came for my husband’s birthday dinner (with the kids) and stayed for trivia! It was a great atmosphere, the tacos were fantastic (I liked the shrimp the best) and the service (Erin) was exceptional! We will be back for sure!
I’ve given this place 3 tries and it’s the most inconsistent restaurant in terms of both food and service. The last time I ordered the special which was a birria quesadilla, it was INEDIBLE. Too sweet and WAYYY too salty. I’ve never in my life had to send back a dish at a restaurant but I did this time because I’m not paying $18 for something inedible. The waitress was very apologetic and it seems like she’s used to dishes being sent back.
