Racist & Rude!!!
I would give a zero if that was an option. First time trying this restaurant I love Mexican food so I was very excited. I ordered the Arroz Con Pollo with grilled chicken & my fiancée had street tacos with beans. When I received the dish it looked good but I did not like it at all the chicken was very bland & the food was so cold even though the plate was really hot when he sat it down. It tasted and felt as if it was just a microwaved meal so I asked another waiter if he could tell my waiter to come back to the table please. (Because even before this situation he had not checked on us once to ask if we needed anything as I saw him do with multiple other tables) He told him & I watched him make a face & ignore it he then proceeded to take multiple phone calls for to go orders. I called another waiter to try & get help & they looked at him with aggravation & basically told him to handle it. He comes over to the table & I let him know I didn’t like the dish & didn’t eat it & that it was really cold so I would like to take it off the tab or get it fixed. He then states “no that’s not my fault” i said excuse me he said that’s not my fault you didn’t like it I’m not taking it off. I felt almost as if they did not want me in there anyways and his reaction was on top of the aggravation he was already showing. So I asked for a manager & he said the manager would be here in 5 mins. 20 minutes go by , 30 mins go by I was still sitting there waiting for the manager that never arrived I paid for the meal & left. I will just be disputing this charge with my bank. Yes I know that I ordered the item & some places will not take back food but the fact that he did not even attempt to try & fix the issue or accommodate at all but only stated “that’s not my fault you don’t like it” was really unprofessional and unnecessary he could have simply stated we cannot take back food or remove it from the table & I would have paid & took the loos. The attitudes of the entire staff when I was asking for someone to come to the table was also unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. If you want a great experience with great customer service and food I highly recommend El Mariachi across from Sam’s club they are great. Do not waste your money here with these rude people especially if you are black because they clearly do not want us in their restaurant. Lesson learned!!

Great service and happy atmosphere. We had a blast. I bought my mom back the Texas Rice and she loved it. I never really cared about Mexican food until now. This is my new addiction. ????????????????????????
Great place to eat in Auburn. Tons of food options and a very family friendly place. I ordered a lunch special Fajita quesadilla which was AMAZING and my friends ordered chicken fajita lunch and Speedy Gonzales lunch. My favorite Mexican joint is still Durango on 280/431 but Agave Loco is my Auburn favorite.
Absolutely my favorite Hispanic food restaurant in town hands down. Love the staff, the food is all good no matter what i get! Gets pretty crazy on weekends but still they're good with service and time. 10/10
This is our first night here absolutely love the food . We just recently moved here from Kentucky and just loved the food , the atmosphere is great . Will definitely be coming back.
Great variety of food with lots of vegetable options, and the service is friendly and prompt! We in particular love everything here made with steak, and the chorizo dip is super yummy!
Best mexican ever. They are awesome people and serve an amazing food. I have eat at least 15 different things from the menu. Every single one of them is delicious ????
