Best WLM Reviews

Absolutely beautiful, instaworthy decor and food - unfortunately, it was all appearances. Food lacked flavor, especially the meat!!! Service was the worst we've had in years! After we were seated, we waited over 10 minutes before our server came to the table, very visibly upset. She assured us that the issue she was having was over and that everything was good. Our appetizer was brought to the table without any plates or utensils. It remained there untouched, until finally we received them with our tacos about another 10 minutes later.
The tacos were unconventional and LOADED with (flavorless) meat. The only one I can recommend is The Good Wolf.
The tacos are costly, but with the amount of meat and toppings packed in, you probably only need one or two.
First time here and celebrated my birthday by myself. The whole staff was super welcoming and great. The server, Howard, made me feel like I was at home. The food is absolutely fantastic and the decor is perfect. They made my little birthday lunch feel like a party.
The vegetarian taco, Bang Bang, was incredible. Highly recommended.
Great spot to grab a quick bite! My husband and I stopped in looking for a snack before dinner. The atmosphere is eclectic and vibrant. We got the smooth salsa and you can definitely taste the fire roasted veggies! The carne asada baby tacos were so flavorful and they were the perfect snack portion. We shared a classic margarita, it was smooth and refreshing! We would defiantly try Agave and Rye again.
First off we had a great hostess Brittany, she was awesome and super friendly and attentive. She made our experience here even more memorable.
We had a lot of appetizers and were stuffed with just that, we had the delicious Birria Irish Nachos ( one suggestion just add a touch of green color, a sauce maybe ) Flaming Hot Cheetos Coconut Shrimp, Carne Asada Egg Roll, The Plain Jane.
In drinks we tried Little Red Corvette, the presentation was cool, Bourbon Peach Punch (smooth), New Fashion (smoother) Jalapeño Pineapple Rita ( just one suggestion, offer with salt and spicy rimmed glass as an option, i loved the heat from the rim and the drink, this was the special drink which made my night)
Would love to be here again.
Loved the decor and atmosphere. Service was great, too. Menu was awesome. My only complaint is that the food seemed spicy for the sake of it and made it difficult to even enjoy the flavors. I love elote but I couldn't even eat it. I had others at my table try it and only 1 of 4 could handle the spice. The tacos were even spicier than the elote. I ended up just picking off the steak and eating it. I guess I should have asked to remove the spicy items but I didn't think it would be that bad until after I tried it. Just a heads-up if you're like me. Also, even the chocolate sauce for the funnel cake fries have a kick to them. If it's your thing, go for it.
These tacos are HUGEE and DELICIOUS! I highly recommend getting an epic taco! The Chips w/ the salsa were very hard, thick, and cold and would not get again… I recommend a humble epic taco and a MARGARITA! The Agave Epic Rita was great!
Agave and The in Indianapolis presents an enthralling dining experience that immediately captivates your senses upon entry. The restaurant's décor is a feast for the eyes, embracing a maximalist approach with an eclectic mix of graffiti, chandeliers, and statues that command attention and spark conversation. This unique atmosphere sets the stage for an intriguing meal, inviting diners into a space where creativity and boldness are at the forefront.
The menu offers a decent selection of food and drinks, with the Birria tacos standing out for their rich flavor and satisfying texture. Complementing the meal with a margarita proved to be a delightful choice, as the drink was expertly crafted, balancing sweetness and tartness to enhance the dining experience. These culinary highlights underscore the restaurant's commitment to delivering tasty and memorable dishes.
However, an area that could see improvement is the service speed. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, there was a noticeable delay in service, with a 15-20 minute wait for drink orders to be taken and an additional 20 minutes for food orders. This pace detracted from the overall experience, introducing an unwelcome pause in what was otherwise an enjoyable evening. The reason behind the slow service was unclear, and while it's possible that unforeseen circumstances contributed to the delay, faster and more attentive service could significantly enhance the dining experience.
???? ???? OMG some of the absolute best Barria Street tacos ???? ???? ???? EVER!
There's also Brussel Sprouts that are so delicious. The Brussels do have almond slices on them for those who have nut allergies.
Try this place there's parking behind the restaurant or on the street and yes it is pay to park but so worth it!
My favorite Indianapolis taco ???? is the Barria Street Taco! It's the beef for me!!
