What a great experience, I was stranded by my vehicle and computer sensor systems preventing the car from starting. Tim was knowledgeable and professional; I was lucky to have been able to utilize he and his companies' services. I will highly recommend AHA for all tow related services, USAA Roadside service and After Hours Automotive for the win.
Locked my keys in the car, on a Saturday, too. Submitted a request via my insurance company. It only took 20 minutes for them to get here and unlock my car!
Great experience! Based on the reviews I would have thought otherwise but they proved me wrong. They took my roadside assistance call that 2 others companies canceled on. He had my car up on the flat bed that I requested for my 4x4 Jeep and on the way to the (CORRECT) shop within 10 mins or less. Used tire straps as well and made sure to drive the proper speed limit all the way, couldn’t have asked for a better service! It was covered through insurance but I still tipped. After the long day I had I was ready to just give up waiting after trying with 2 different tow companies before them, I’m glad I ended up with you guys for my 3rd and final try. Well worth the wait, and I will definitely recommend this company or use it again myself if needed!
If I could give a lower rating I would. This place is absolutely the worst place I have ever heard anyone deal with. They are crooks and are horrible people. They go and steal money from a disabled vet. Brought his truck in to be fixed and charged him $450 and drove the truck 2 miles and having the same issues. They broke wires to the fuel pump and he had to pay someone else to fix that. Then another $100 still not fixed. They broke the steering column on his truck. Won't fix it. Now they say they can't figure out what's wrong with it and for us to take it somewhere else. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT IT.
First of all, WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A MECHANIC.. Ever.
After having my car returned to me, the air bag light was on.. they couldn't give me an explanation. My horn also stopped working after they worked on my car... guess what, they couldn’t explain that either. There is ALSO a weird sound coming from my steering column, which according to the mechanic, is normal even tho that sound wasn’t there before they worked on it..... The bill was 362 + tax.. fine. THEY TOLD ME THE TOTAL IS 387.45 But some how went to 401.00 SHADY SHADY COMPANY. Guess what, lady at the front desk had no idea about the $14.53 service fee that was tagged along and she couldn’t explain it. SHADY. Poor communication skills and they had my car 3 days longer than expected. SHADY BUSINESS DONT BRING YOUR CAR WITHIN 100ft OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS
Sketchy place... pulled up and was greeted by a barefooted 4 year old girl who ran out to the drivers side of my car in the parking lot. She stared at me and said absolutely nothing. She looked disheveled. I then walked into a building that was falling apart (half a ceiling ), with random junk all over the place. Seemed as if the place is ran by junkies. Also a faint hint of pot emitting for the garage. Weird... considering calling CPS/DCF. Oh and I was overcharged for a poor job. 0/5 stars do not go here.
Had Daniel come and save the day when my husbands truck tire came completely off . He helped so much. Terrific customer service.
Locked my keys in my truck. Spent an hour in the rain trying to use a coat hanger. Daniel was here maybe 5 minutes and had it unlocked. So grateful for him.
