There is a wide array of Ghanaian products here, including Nido, Milo, suitor, Gari, and more. I was pleasantly surprised to find Ghanaian chips as well. That's just one section of the store. In another part, they have clothing, hoodies featuring the Ghana map, anklets, waist beads, cocoa butter, and more. It was a delightful experience, evoking nostalgia to see these 'Made in Ghana' items in a foreign country.
This is a top-notch African and Caribbean grocery store with a fantastic selection of authentic products. The staff are exceptionally lovely and always ready to assist. Conveniently located close to the road, it’s easy to access.
The store is also fully wheelchair accessible ♿ ensuring a comfortable shopping experience for everyone. Prices are fair, and the quality of the items is excellent. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic African groceries.

Great place for family gatherings to celebrate and enjoy great food
African Queens Market African & Caribbean Grocery is a great place to find authentic African and Caribbean food and groceries. The store is well-stocked with a wide variety of items, including fresh produce, meats, seafood, and spices. During my visit, the store is going through expansion. As a result, the inside is a little chaotic.
I did not really browse the store to see whether they have a selection of prepared foods, such as jollof rice, waakye, and chofie.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were happy to help me find what I was looking for.
Best Place to get your African and Caribbean Products also. Now 2 Stores to choose from in West Haven. On Campbell Ave. And Boston Post Rd.
Small store. Fine if you live nearby and they carry what you need. Everything was just ok. Will go elsewhere next time.
Please do not visit this store they do not have good customer service and lack accountability. Apparently they sell expired items, which are NOT labeled accordingly at a discount nor do they inform you at checkout. I called for an exchange or refund and apparently, they can not risk $15 for a potential repeat customer and/or more customers. Please check out other stores before this store. When you sell expired items they should be vividly labeled as such can’t trust the goods at this store. This item in question had an expiration date of September 2021 over a year ago
It's amazing to be knowing that's walk along the beach see how amazing is what life can be knowing the casino war in a way that's push it just to feel the breeze of the wind touches the waves knowing every ways that has two rocks to make music in the world make the world go around feel lightly as beautiful as it is when you hear the waves pushing towards the rocks to make music every bird that flies against the moon against the Sun as beautiful as it is
