I would like to say that the driver Ray who drives for Acorn transport has been very prompt and courteous to my grandmother whenever he has transported her. He made her doctor appointment visits very pleasant. There was no long wait periods. We certainly will be using their services in the near future and will be recommending them to family and friends.
The owner of this company Paula St. John was very helpful and reassuring when she transported my mom from a facility to her home. I live out of state and Paula sent me updates and pictures to let me know my mom was being taken care of. She waited while there was a issue at the facility and even helped get my mom in her house and to the restroom. She goes above and beyond to take care of her clients. I will use her from now on when my mom needs transferred. I highly recommend Paula and her company Acorn Medical Transportation.

We searched for a reliable wheel chair service, and the Gods smiled upon us and showed us the way to Paula, She was on time, explained the entire process to us (this was our first using this type of service). She is a true professional, her fees were reasonable, and service outstanding. We will be using her again.
