The people that work in the Deli department all have a disgusting attitude. To simply ask a question they’ll ignore you and act like they don’t hear you just so they don’t have to help. They seem bothered when you give your order. Just to get 3 forks to eat my chicken and Cole slaw the young man walked away while saying “I’m helping him”. There is absolutely no need for EVERY last one of them to have such a distasteful attitude, especially, while serving someone food. The supervisor doesn’t set a good example AT ALL! There is only 1 person who is pleasant and she was off today. Hire people who are personable and not grouches like them. I love the deli items but just based on the people in that department I think twice to even come in. It sickening now.
Just came in at 9pm just for some olives and the station was CLOSED. The word outrageous cant even begin to describe how shockingly upsetting this was. Acme markets - do better. There is absolutely no reason the olive station should be shut down two hours before closing. Shame on you.
This is a decent supermarket. They have nice assortment of sales but the general prices aren't crazy anyway. I tried the imitation crab cakes and the real ones to compare. Even though the real ones are twice the price, they taste 10x better! I also got a thick cut steak! Can't wait to through that in the grill. I normally go to stew Leonard's for meat, but I may have a new place now
Nobody knows what they doing here, I been waiting for refund for a month now, for a delivery I never got manager's are useless so is customer service, I need my money
And I do follow up since incident happened and called store/877 number and through chat smh matter of fact one of your female managers said they would get back to me about issue when I last called on 4/1/24. Nobody follows up all they do is prolong the days I have to wait to get refund. WILL NEVER PLACE ORDER AGAIN ONCE I GET MY REFUND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
The worst staff ever, especially in the deli department.Tons of attitude by the staff. There is a lady with braids. She doesn't even greet you back. Always grumpy and sad. Although ACME carries almost everything, the staff at this particular location is horrible and lacks customer service training.
Don't waste ur time and money online ordering like previous post worst group of uncaring people .. telling managment does not do anything. They have this oh well we rich attitude.
Hour and a 35 min pass delivery time in which I paid for .. unacceptable

Staff kept hovering over us the moment we spoke our native language when we reached the self checkout and they gaurded the door? We weren't going to steal the stuff near us, we were in a rush. When we checked out there was this black teen who was whispered to an associate that we were acting suspicious because we were rushing to leave to avoid taking long as my dad was rushing us which I scolded my brother as he was excited to suprise his dad with fried chicken for dinner. I don't think I want to go back if I'm going to be racially profiled.
Don't come here for the deli or the recent deal they setup for buckets of chicken and /or wings. The deli staff ignores you. There could be one person working and the rest either keep their back to you or avoid eye contact. My acme experience is like riding the subway.
When I go to a store and I get ignored it's basically telling me we don't want your business and don't shop here.
