I absolutely do not recommend this hair store. They are literally the highest in the city. They are over priced on soooo many things in here vs other hair stores. Clearly they are money hungry. First time here I will not be back…SAVE YOUR MONEY + TIME
I walked in with the intent to buy a hairnet for my wife and a brush.
***BE CAREFUL*** you might fall or get hurt:
--The floor gives way in several spots in the store.
--Filth everywhere
--Dirt and dust on all the shelves
--Ceiling tiles that look like they have Black Mold on them
--A funny odor throughout the entire store
I found the hairnet and brush, they were reasonably priced...
That being said... I WILL NOT STEP FOOT INTO THIS STORE AGAIN UNLESS I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY HAVE FIXED THIS NASTY STORE.
**Recommend to the owner to gut this store, fix the dangerous floor before you face a lawsuit because someone fell and broke something. Also set the store up so it flows for the customer and products are lined up in a way it makes sense... maybe some shelving placards showing where categorized items are in the store?

It’s places like this that should not be allowed in the communities that support the most. I called just to check on some hair that I buy all the time. Wand curl crochet. As soon as I called and asked she said no we don’t carry. I’m like well can you look I’ve bought from here before and before I drive 30 minutes I’d like to be sure. All of a sudden another women gets on the phone and says she told u NO. You come look yourself we’re busy and hung up. First of all I work hard for my money and the fact I was willing to spen there is laughable now. Im very respectful so to be talked to like that was embarrassing and unnecessary. If you don’t know how to interact with us then don’t set up shop In our communities. That’s the point of having a phone for customers who may can’t make it there right away. Customer service goes a long way. I would never ever spend a red cent in a business like this. If we stopped utilizing places like this I bet they change their attitudes real quick.
I purchased 4 different products by creme of nature (shampoo, conditioner, detangler and hair mask. None of the products were sealed. Before using this product my hair was healthy and long After using this product my hair is left tangled in knots and extremely damaged.
My biggest concern is why are the products not sealed at all.
It's was heavily stocked on different types of products but like the other stores since Covid not a very good wig selection.
I hate spending my hard earned money at places that treat you like your dollar is invaluable. First off, the selection is garbage along with the customer service. Second, when it comes to buying hair I believe you get what you pay for. So, I actually invest in quality hair. Either way, if a customer spends 250 or 25 dollars they still deserve to be treated with respect! Won't be spending. 25 here ever again!
Store is really small which make everything so cluttered. I'm the type to have to really look and it's hard to when everything is on top of each other. She has like 100 camera's and it still feel like they watch your every move. The staff has no customer service they talk to each other instead of tending to the customers,unless your a male and that's facts.
They had a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. Their hair extensions with color had vibrant shades of pink,purple,turquoise. Along with products for men, the workers are friendly and willing to answer any questions you have.
