My barber moved to another state so I tried this place out. The barber one of the stylist sent me to had no idea what he was doing. I like a low fade that starts close to my ear and explained to him I do not like a high fade. He was doing fine until, I noticed he was going higher. I told him again that I do not like high fades and he assured me it will not be. All the while I am looking for his license and did not see any on any mirrors or walls. By the time he was done I accepted the fact that he had no idea what he was doing and should not have been cutting hair in the first place. My fade was extremely high and ridiculously short. I usually get a haircut every other week but due to how short he cut it; it will be a month until my hair grows back. I will never return here again and I advise anyone to not come here. The positive reviews are from people that do not understand that having your hair look like corn hair is not acceptable or do not know what a high quality haircut is
I’ve been calling all week and it’s like their phone don’t work. I’ve passed by so they can’t say they are busy. It’s getting ridiculous. And the last time I went I walked out looking like Lord Farquat. I have a one star cause it won’t let me put zero stars
I've personally know Aby for years and she is just as friendly and professional as the first day I met her. She and her staff are always ready to provide you with and awesome haircut and with a smile on their faces. Will always recommend her spot for a haircut, beard, highlights and anything you would ever need. She charges a fair price for great service. She takes care of pretty much my whole family and that's how she treats you
Love Abby been going to her for years now, I drive 40 minutes from my home to Dallas just to get my hair done by her. Her customer service is amazing she treats you like family FR!
Jenny was great working there but is no longer there. I went to get a root touch up with Abby and she left so many spots uncolored. And that was just roots. It looked so patchy. For a layered haircut she did not even brush my hair not did she section it to cut it. She's nice and friendly but that's about it.
Abby is the best stilys I ever met. Professional, patient, careful, and helpful.
Don't waste your money or your time going with people that thinks they are giving us a service for free. Thank You Abby Hermosa!
I usually go to another salon but I had an emergency and needed to get a root touch up plus cut. I decided to try this place and I completely regret it. She left my roots so yellow and my hair was 3 different colors. She managed to move the bleach down to my ends and left them like a dirty blonde and my hair was platinum when I went in. Abby left my hair so damaged that my regular hair stylist told me I had to wait at least 3 weeks to let my hair rest before I put anything else into it. They were able to save my hair it still needs more time. I will never go back nor will I recommend to anyone.
I went there on my lunch break because I was losing so much hair from my damage and she gave me options to what I can do she did exactly what I wanted and maid my hair naturally soft not using harsh chemicals and the prices were very reasonable I even enjoy my conversation with her she knows exactly what she’s doing I am going to her every time thank you so much
