I ventured to this establishment with a mix of excitement and high expectations, influenced by glowing reviews and a personal quest for the perfect breakfast burrito. Located conveniently close to my workplace, the prospect of finding a go-to breakfast spot was enticing. Unfortunately, the experience fell notably short of anticipation.
The burritos, the main actors of this morning culinary drama, lacked the vibrancy and depth of flavor one craves at the start of the day. Describing them as flavorless and dull is disheartening, especially when the expectations were set high. A good breakfast burrito should awaken the taste buds, but this was a missed opportunity to do so.
Equally disappointing was the salsa. A critical component of any Mexican or Tex-Mex dish, especially a breakfast burrito, the salsa lacked the fundamental elements of spice, salt, and pepper. This absence rendered it unremarkable and incapable of saving the burrito from its blandness.
Despite the anticipation built upon the strength of others' reviews, my experience was underwhelming. This breakfast visit did not live up to the hype, leading me to continue my search for a great breakfast burrito elsewhere. For those seeking a burst of morning flavor, this spot may not fulfill those early cravings.
You need to come and eat here. Lilly Villagrán is amazing. New Mexico style food. Her green is delicious and the Chilé Coloradó was ????????. See you again soon! ????????????????
Everyone is so warm and service was quick! I got their chile relleno burrito with beans and rice and it was the best thing I’ve eaten in a while :)
Excellent breakfast burritos!! Awesome little place with really friendly staff. They do have few tables but we ordered ours to-go. 10/10 all around and will definitely be visiting again soon!! ????????
Good flour tortillas. Decent tasting. Not amazing. A little bland for my taste. Potatoes weren't soft enough. Salsa Verde wasn't spicy. Boo. Super nice people. Yay.
My first time here today. Had an awesome smothered breakfast burrito. Place is simple but home quality good. Will definitely be on my list of favorites & will return to try their other offerings. So glad I found you????
Stopped in this morning for breakfast. Try the breakfast platters! They are perfect for takeout or delivery, too. Breakfast burritos as awesome as usual - all made to order.
Fantastic food at a great price. I've been here a few times, the breakfast burritos are delicious and the red chili enchiladas are a personal favorite. The pork green chili though is divine. I'll be buying this every week to eat with breakfast.
They only have a take away window right now, all the options are made fresh and they sell out daily. So get up early to make sure you don't miss them!
