Dropped off my vehicle for a pre-inspection to sell it pick it up two hours later. The owner said everything looks great. It’s in good shape. It has a couple of leaks here and there sway bars need attention and a new windshield but overall it looks great. He recommended, the price reflects the work that is needed which is not a problem that is expected. The buyer of our van walks in and the owner of absolute auto says oops we thought you were the buyer I said no I am the owner he says well we’re not supposed to share that information Only with the person paying for the inspection. The one that’s going to buy the car I said well I’m the owner and he gave me a copy of the inspection report knowing I was the owner so so much for following the rules or confidentiality right? So our buyer potential buyer we agreed on a lower price to reflect the work needed Couple minutes later the mechanic from the back calls our buyer and says that our van is only worth less than $1000 not to buy it that is literally falling apart. Well that’s what a pre-inspection is supposed to do to recommend buying a vehicle for sale, correct? But our van is not literally falling apart and needs a couple things here and there the paint in the body and interior looks brand new it’s a 20 year old work van and for the mechanic to tell our potential buyer that it’s literally falling apart is a complete lie! so why did the owner tell us all one thing at the front desk then the mechanic calls later and says something completely opposite? Who’s running the show? Well, the owner doesn’t know that three of our family members bring their cars there, which makes a total of four families that use him. We have all decided to pull the plug never again Will absolute touch any of our vehicles or our fleet! Honesty goes a long way in today’s world. We were trying to do the right thing, but absolute did the wrong thing. Don’t know why they have a high rating. They rush you in. They rush you out and we’ve had sloppy work done on our vehicles in the past just like other reviews here cars left all day nothing gets done after taking a day off of work. This was the icing on the cake goodbye absolute auto good riddance!
They are knowledgeable, clean and decent rates. They alerted me to the fact I needed new tires and gave me beat options dor proces and services in the area

They're great. I've never had an issue with this place fixing my foreign vehicle. Parts were ordered and fixed in a timely manner and the pricing was reasonable. Happy customer ????
I trust Jim and the guys with my 2008 Honda CRV, and they give it wonderful care, without trying to sell me at high cost. Good care, straight talk, and listens to customer's concerns. Doesn't get any better than that!
Took my 4runner to Absolute auto and got my brakes done. Service was quick, communication was wonderful, and the work was done right. The price was totally acceptable for the work that needed to be done. Definitely give these guys a shot because I was impressed.

Took my 97 J30 Infiniti in to fix valve cover leak \ Oil change and was told he couldn't do the valve cover because it was an old Nissan . This is not the first time he refuse to work on my car . Other shops will gladly will do it . How is that even worth 1 star ? He fixed a blown fuse on the spot on the rain for free one time . That was cool..I also asked him to change my ten year old drive belt with over 90k on them and he said they were like new when they were cracked and way past thier life span . asked before to change them before and he wouldn't .
