Great shop. I've been going here since the beginning. All artists are great, this season was with Jason H. His biomechanical skills are top notch. This is an ongoing sleeve, with more planned.
Decided last minute to treat myself for my birthday with some tattoos I’ve been wanting for several years. A coworker gave me several names of shops in the area and after calling them all, I decided to come to Absolute Art. Decision was based on how incredibly friendly Sam was during the initial call, how helpful and accommodating they were by fitting me in the following day, and the pricing. I arrived and everyone at the shop was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The shop was also extremely clean and well kept. I met with Keith and he did a phenomenal job. One thing that really stood out was how important it was for their clientele to be happy and it wasn’t just an in and out, “next” type feeling. Keith was also extremely knowledgable in aftercare procedures. I will absolutely be coming here for any future tattoos or piercings and have already recommended them to a couple friends and coworkers!

I followed Matthew Clarke from Asheville, NC. His work is amazing. He has already completed a full sleeve on my left arm. He is getting started on a leg sleeve for me currently. The shop has a fun vibe with some cool characters. Looking forward to traveling back in January 2024.
Everyone here is sooo nice. No matter who you choose to get a tattoo from it is going to turn out amazing. They do require a small deposit to set an appointment. Great environment, great guys. Need I say more? Stop thinking about it & call them!
I love going to Absolute Art. Everyone there is very talented and great to work with. I don't plan on going anywhere else for my planned tattoos.
I have the honor of having two tattoos done by Brian Bruno. Most of life I have wanted a tattoo. At one point in my life I lose my father and my job while going through a divorce...once I got through this rough patch I finally decide to get a Phoenix rising out of the flames on my shoulder...During a contract stay in Richmond I decide to it is time to get it done...when I stated asking around one name kept coming up Brian Bruno at AbsoluteTattoos!!! I made an appointment for a consultation. The day I met with Brian and told him what I had in mind. He said he would do it but to really capture what I just explained to him getting it on my shoulder just wouldn't do it justice he recommended a chest to half sleeve. I am like WHAT!!! Now you are talking to a person who was scared of getting a shot all of my life...to go from a small shoulder tattoo to a chest to half sleeve is a lot to think about...but Brian said he would do either or just give it some thought...I made the appointment that day...it was 3 months out he is just that busy!!! By the time my appointment day came i decided if I was going to do it I might as well go big or stay at home. I am glad I listened and went with Brian's suggestion. Two years later I was back getting the dragon to balance things in my universe.

This shop is great! I called the day of and talked to Sam at the front desk about doing a walk in and he was super helpful. He had me email my exact ideas so they could give me a more exact time and price estimate which was very helpful. Shop overall has great communication! Tony was a very friendly and professional artist! He was flexible with reworking sizing and placement and made the entire experience very comfortable. Very personable and would def get a tat from him again!
