Used this company in the past, they were friendly and relatively okay then
Tried to use them today and they've hung up on me so far 14 times in a row over the course of an hour and a half.
Apparently not so 24/7
I recently needed a ride to the other side of Frankfort to pick up my car at the dealer's service department. I had not heard of About Town but decided to give them a try. Todd Blanton answered my call right away and, after I explained what I wanted, he quoted me the price and said he could be at my house in 15 minutes. Surprisingly, he was here on time. Todd proved to be a very safe driver, obeying all the traffic laws, and was very careful. Overall, he did exactly what I wanted and was professional. And the price was good as well. I will definitely use his service again if I need a ride and would recommend it to others...

Todd is on the top of my list for taxi drivers. I travel a lot and im exposed to people from all walks of life. Todd will entertain a millionaire or a homeless person. Great personality and good conversation. I'm looking forward to our next trip. Thank you Todd. Safe travels to everyone.
Very fast service!!! Omg! He's so sweet even help me pack groceries in ....being with out car of your own sucks ..I get that but he's fast, friendly, I highly recommend him such a sweet guy!!! I would totally call him again price is reasonable also u cnt beat it!!!
The guy Todd is very solid and always gives pleasant rides. Accommodating however he can and works all hours of the day. Wow
