I went to Anna to have hair extensions installed a while ago, because I saw how beautiful her work on IG was. The hair was fine, but her customer service skills were not good. She spent most of my appointment going back and fourth, in the middle of doing my hair, to go “take pictures”, and help one of her IG “influencer” friends get dressed in different outfits for said photos. Very unprofessional. She made me feel like my business was not important enough for her full attention. I never went back to have my hair done by her.
Worst establishment I've ever seen. I saw rat droppings around her work area. The stylist Anna nearly ripped all my hair out and told me to calm down. Very unprofessional. Often ignored when concerns were brought up and was told it is normal for having a specific hair type. I've heard many horror stories after coming to this establishment. Not worth the $1700 paid. Stylist is very narcissistic and damaged my hair. Would 10/10 not recommend.
Worse experience I’ve ever had in a salon. Anna is so unprofessional and pretty much just money hungry. She lacks a lot of skill for those prices. Will not reply if there’s any issues with her work. But will go on a rant about you on social media.
This salon is definitely about the 5 star customer service experience. The staff is very welcoming with each client. I've been getting my hair done with Heather for a year now and followed her from the last salon she was at. She is amazing and her skills are phenomenal. I went from black box hair dye to an amazing blonde. I trusted the process and am forever grateful she took a chance to get me to a desired look!
Unprofessional Anna plays victim when it’s convenient for her. She’s definitely is a manipulative narcissistic person out there. Don’t go to her to get your hair done she will ruin it

Instead of taking complaints properly she rants about it media putting client down. The nats and damage she left to the client should not allow her to keep working.
