Wow. This places hooks it up when it comes to portions. Their ground beef burrito smothered in Queso is enormous and of quite high quality ingredients. Love their Queso. Ordered an individual taco for 3.50 and it was so packed with meat it can hardly be closed with one hand. Any other restarting would probably make 4 tacos out of the amount of meat contained in one Abelardos ground beef taco. I am impressed and highly enough recommended ground beef burrito smothered in Queso. A+
Ordered the Spicy Diablo, which was very good. The kids had a bean and cheese and a ground beef burrito. Very good portions for kids (although it WASN'T the kids' menu). The Diablo was a great tasting burrito... but I'm not sure you're getting $10.99 worth packed in there. All in all, it's a nice place to grab dinner. However, at $37 for an adult and 2 kids to eat, it probably won't be a frequent stop.
This place doesn't care about customer service. Ordered a burrito, no cheese. Take it home, and guess what? It has cheese. Go back, tell them it has cheese and they make me a new one. Okay, so what are you going to do for me as the customer who has been inconvenienced? Nothing is their attitude, you simply should be happy you got what you ordered in the first place. Well if that's your opinion, I won't be ordering from you again.
I ordered the super fries with chicken and the spicy Diablo burrito. The super fries were really good. If I order them again I will get the ground beef. The juices from the chicken made the French fries soggy. The flavor of the whole dish overall was really good. The spicy Diablo burrito had a very strong flavor of ghost pepper or reaper chili. Not sure which one. Not a big fan of that flavor. After tasting the chili flavor I thought it was gonna be too hot for me to eat but it wasn’t. It was no hotter than a jalapeño. Overall I don’t think I’ll order the Diablo again but I definitely will get the super fries. Also the cheesecake chimichanga is fantastic. It has a ton of flavor and will cure your sweet tooth.

The street tacos were absolutely amazing. I could only eat 2.
The Birrea taco was awesome. The meat was great as was the rice and beans. I have never seen a flour tortilla that big.
The service was great. The place was very clean.
We will for sure be back.

This is what my foods looks like after ordering from this location . I was really disappointed and loss my appetite because of the mess I received. I end up trashing the whole meal and end up in bed hungry.
I just couldn’t understand why would a restaurant serve this sloppy mess to a customer. All I wanted was a good dinner after a long days work.
Filled Churros ( Was Burn beyond recognition) Four Chicken Flautas ( Everything was mixed together - sloppy).
Decided to try this new Mexican restaurant that moved into the old Popeyes location on Ohio. Great fast Mexican food that was fresh and made to order. Very comparable to ponchos restaurant that is now on the south end of town. It's nice that we have a alternative to you commercial stuff like Taco Bell and Taco John's here in town. Had the chorizo con huevo and carne asada tostadas. Both were very good. Service was very good and friendly! Sit down restaurant quality! I will be coming back here! So they also had a similar location in St Joseph Missouri. If you want Mexican food and don't want to sit down restaurant. Or drive to Pancho's on the south end of town or want something different than the standard Taco Bell Taco John's Fair I would very much recommend this place!
Really love this place. It's fast like you'd get from a fast food place but it's better quality. This time I tried their enchiladas, the sauce tasted more authentic (not overly sweet).
We don't eat out a whole lot but I have to say their chicken chimichanga is probably the best I've had. Also, their ground beef is bland so get some sort of sauce or cheese to add to it. Its actually kind of nice they don't add a bunch to their beef because I have friends with food sensitivities that can eat it ????
