Best WLM Reviews

TIME WAISTERS DONT I REPEAT DONT SHOP HERE... I was interested in buying my old car back from ali and he told me to come get it after discussing financing it then ignored all calls and text just to find out he already sold it.. the guys only care about one thing and that's money.. none of there care they sell are good cars all sit in the back needing work before selling them.. so keep in mind when buying from here that there is possible problems with the car your looking at.. Ali and the workers are very dishonest.. I would of paid 4k finance for that car instead of the 2,500 that he was asking cash
Booked an appointment for an oil change. First time coming over to the shop and I can’t find it. I call them and they tell me they have moved. They give me a new address. I still can’t find it. They tell me that is there address but it’s a few blocks down? The guy gets frustrated and leaves the phone on the hook. Super poor business and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
I talked to the sales guy before getting off of work around 6pm. He agreed to meet at 7:30pm that same day. I drove to the location only to find that he was just an “Online Salesman”. Then the person there states the truck had already been sold days ago before our conversation. Wasted an hour of my time and gas. Listen to the Bad reviews not the good ones.
Called the dealership trying to help out my girlfriend to buy a car, because I live out of state and the sales guy was very unhelpful, plus he talked kind rude. She’s first buy. we were just trying to see what would be her options but the sales guy automatically assumed that’s the only option she has I was for her to a co-sign and i didn’t have problem with that. I do have really good credit. They work really Slow. My phone was being ignored. Anyway As manager or sales general manager you need to train your sales guys very well. She submitted her credit application a long time ago but we have to call to hear back from you. They’re not doing very well on follow up. I repeat myself again your sales team need training.
If you want to see the epitome of why used car dealers have such a bad reputation for being lying crooks, look no further! Starting with a steadfast unwillingness to negotiate his prices at all despite still offering him a profit and seeing what he paid for a car at an auction, he'll lie to your face about the status of a vehicle and try to pass himself off as the "good guy". He doesn't deserve to sell a single car from his lot, nor does he deserve your business at all. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS.
Ali was very helpful throughout the entire car buying process. He was transparent about the price and he communicated very well with us. The only thing that could have made this purchase better, was not driving the vehicle off of the lot with 6% oil life, and less than half a tank of gas. Other than that, everything was great.
I was in contact with this dealer for almost a week. The specific car I wanted they had sent to auction. I talked the dealer into pulling the car out of the auction as I was driving up there from my home in OKlahoma about 3 1/2 hours away. I was going to put the money into the owners account on my way up there so he knew he was getting his money and he told me he would call me back he had to go check something, and he never called me back. I really wanted that car. Well I was in contact with either the owner David or his secretary the whole way up there. About 30 minutes before I arrived as I was driving thru Dallas traffic I got a voicemail from them that said OH btw I sold it. They did offer to go to auction and get me something from auction and I would pay that price but there was really nothing he showed me that was comparable with the one that I wanted originally. The owner told me that someone offered him more money thats why he sold it to them. The owners brother lied and said that one of his salesman did not know it was there for me to pickup. I understand business is business but 0 customer loyalty, 0 respect because they had me drive all the way up there and I ended up having to get a hotel room that night and stay the night looking for another car. I did find another car. I did end up paying 1200 less then what I was planning and I got just as nice of a car if not nicer. So I guess I should say thank you to them for screwing me over but to others I say dont waste your time or energy. They are just in it to make a quick buck. They really dont care what kind of relationship they have with their customers. The owners brother offered to sell me a vehicle that he had already sold to another person. His exact words were I sold that already but if you want it I will sell it to you. That just shows what kind of people they are. Dont waste your time or energy or money with these people!
These guys are super. Called them to get a pre-purchase mechanical inspection on a car I was buying. They got us in on a moment's notice. Very kind, professional, and helped make a good buy on a used car. Highly recommend these guys.
